Location is good. Staff is not polite. Only men worked in this hotel. Since I was traveling by myself, they were asking me for my room number everywhere more than 3 times a day. The checkout was awful. They charged me 50 dirhams for 2 mini packets of nuts and 2 mini chips. It was about 500% of the real cost for those items. They said “you are rich you can pay” that wasn’t the problem. The problem was that they charged way to much. Very poor breakfast. They can do better. Not many options for a buffet. Three options in all is not enough.

our room had a broken TV remote. it should have been better if we were able to use the full facility. Breakfast should have not been included on the advertisement.

Its affordable and staff were accommodating, such a shame that it was ramadan so the breakfast included wasn't available but otherwise, everything was good.

The breakfast was terrible! It doesn't at all meet the expectations. We came to have breakfast in the first day, we couldn't eat it and ordered our food from outside that day and the rest of our stay. So if you are booking and you saw including breakfast DO NOT RELY ON IT AT ALL! It would have been much better if the hotel was clear and informed that the hotel fees don't include breakfast, rather than taking it into consideration, where in reality it is worse than poor. To be specific: very limited dishes that were poorly prepared (excessive chilli) and poorly displayed (not appealing). Anyway, a guest should NOT rely on breakfast in this hotel if his booking included breakfast. Bathrooms need maintenence. The toilet seat was not well fixed to the floor and was shaking. The toilet spray and tube was twisted and felt it will break at any moment! The kitchen items especially pan were in a bad shape, and the microwave was very dirty. The bedroom bed was not a king size bed as booked, instead it was two small sized beds and mattresses pushed together, with a disturbing gap in between.

The hotel location is good, its neighborhood is packed with all your needs from malls, restaurants and shops. There is a car parking. We took a one room apartment, it was very convinient in size, it came with a bedroom, living area, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and two balconies. Room service was good.

The hotel/ apartments is located in an old part of dubai/ deira hence it is very run down. Sooo many flies and cockroach infestation in all the shops and buildings. Tbh i felt quite sick and uncomfortable with it and killed like 6 cockroaches in the 3 nights i was there.

rooms were spacious and bigger than most peoples homes. fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, electric hob. Bed was massive and very comfortable. Location was like the hub for desi food. Felt like we were in Pakistan/ India/ Bangladesh. Nesto supermarket was opposite.

AC is much noisy which spoil our stay

This my 3rd stay in this hotel bug this the room is not good we did not sleep well in the night as AC is much noisy & when we switched off the AC, the same noise coming from the outside.
