Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Its nice and spacious Room , but they had to put two single bed to get 1 double bed ,staff was good to me ,but the room wasn't the best so many cockroaches , everyday I have to put down 1 or 2 I have to be honest and u think is the worst time to visit UAE 🇦🇪 In general it's too hot , I spent all of my time in hotel , air conditioning works very well bathroom 🚻 the water is too hot 🔥 you can't even shower properly it's doesn't matter which setting you put it on its still hot water , bathroom always sweating due the heat outside so it's a bit mouldy it's shame they can do better ,tv Remote control doesn't work properly I think need pair of 🔋batteries and tv image it's not clear probably antenna or something , you have kettle and small mini fridge which is useful, and when you get out of the hotel it's close to near by bus station 🚉 and metro station al gubaiba ,it's like second class citizen in uae ,the back bone I must say foreign workers which is I must admit that's the workforce for that country hard working 💪 humans, overall ,it's was like not the best but not the worst after all it's 2 * star hotel so I can't complain too much for the staff thank you kind regards sofiane

The location is good near bus station and metro, one can eaaily move and the price was fair.
