They have one of best breakfast i had in couple of years.their service was super ,Recipients were so helpful especially khadija, she was perfect. I also interacted with ladies serving coffee in the lobby and they were perfect .especially joy and mishka.

Nothing wrong with the property apart from the foul smell in the corridors that occurred randomly not sure if they were cleaning out the sewage at those odd hours.

After reading good reviews I booked this for my sisters birthday but unfortunately no upgrades for us or special service just one small cake even though I booked two rooms

The rooms are big in size, the staff at the reception were very welcoming and professional. The check-in and check out were very fast and smooth. Ms. Lamis at the reception was great, she paid attention to the smallest details for comfort. The gentleman at the concierge desk was very helpful. The housekeeping tighed up the room in a very dedicated manner and arranged all my make up and everything very nicely, it was obvious that this person is very dedicated and loves what they do. The porters were very kind and helpful. All in all is a great experience. We had a congress at the Mohammed Bin Rashid University and it's only 2 min walking. Great experience and pleasant atmosphere. They have an EV station chargers also and that was very convenient. Also the valet and security teams are very helpful and there are plenty of taxis and transportation options available and they facilitate that very fast. The breakfast was good and the moroccan and Spanish chefs were very kind!

"Fool" was not tasty. We had the experience of enjoying very tasty fool in Saudi Arabia as were there for 20+ years. so yours were not up to that level. Name "Creek" has misguided me while making booking, I was on the impression that the property is a water front one. Later only I noticed that you have another one with name "Creek harbour" which is the water front one.

The pool is quite small. You can only use taxi and there are no facilities like shops, supermarket and stuff like that nearby. It was located in healthcare city and literally surrounded by many hospitals and nothing else. You have to take a 20-min taxi ride anywhere you go.

The room is spacious and clean. The gym is well-equipped.

We didn't have a spectacular experience in the Mexican style restaurant.

Initially, the room seemed small for the length and purpose of our stay, but it worked out just fine. Breakfast was good, a nice selection of fruit, vegetables and cooking station. Suraj took care of perfect coffee every time, and the effort of the team of Karim, Jordan and Rose along with all the support staff really made for an easy time. Location proximity to Wafi mall and Healthcare City metro station were an easy 10 - 15 minute walk.

Parking is sort of a maze since its 2 buildings together. Room Doors need some noise insulation, can hear almost everyone walking/talking on hallway.

1-Toilet seats are really small .. for people like me 6 ht. 2-Breakfast choices are not good .. when you are in Dubai.. take care for Indian as well As arab customers.. for sure other as well … i saw a qatri family struggling to have breakfast
