During my recent stay here, I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable housekeeping and exceptional hotel service. The housekeeping is truly top-notch. My room was spotlessly clean, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. The attention to detail was remarkable, and I always returned to a neatly organized and inviting space after a day of exploring the city. In addition to the excellent housekeeping, the overall service was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff who ensured a smooth and efficient check-in/check-out process. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any requests we had. Overall, my experience at Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection was outstanding, largely due to the exceptional housekeeping services Raymund and the team provided and hotel services Nima and the team provided. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-cared-for stay in Dubai. Thanks to Raymund, Nima and the rest of the team 😊

This hotel is perfect. Great location. My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights as a stopover on our way home from Europe/UK. The hospitality of the staff was excellent. You can tell they enjoy working for the hotel and with each other. Checking in was easy. The room was spacious and we had great views from the 5th floor. The housekeeper that looked after our room was flexible with us in cleaning our room. The breakfasts were delicious and of great variety. Service in the restaurant was of a high friendly standard. Nothing was too much trouble. Lifeguard Sanjaya looked after us when we relaxed by the beautiful pool in the Dubai hot summer weather.

There is absolutely nothing I didnt like about this hotel and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Fabulous hotel in Downtown Dubai just 10 minutes walk from Dubai Mall and The Fountains. As a single female travelling alone I was made to feel safe and very welcome. The room was beautiful, clean, and the bed was amaxingly comfortable. The pool area was extra clean and the sunbeds and settings made it very appealing. Breakfast was fantastic, you never only had the choice of what was put out but could also scan a QR code to order off a menu at no charge. What made my stay so memorable was the totally amazing staff. Musa..who when I enquired how to get to the fountains and Mall, personslly walked me across the road and gave me directions. Raj...Restaurant/Bar manager who was so friendly and welcoming. Always a hello and chat. Also Sanjay the lifeguard/pool, and Ravi..waiter always had a smile and a chat when saw me...such beautiful people Hotel Boulevard Autograph Collection. Please thank these staff for me and pride yourself on the service they promote. Thank you

We only stayed there for a 1-night stopover, so we did not have much time. Being in walking distance to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall was very helpful.

It would be good if there was some gluten free bread and gf meal options.

All the staff were lovely and professional. They went out of their way to greet me each day and ask if I needed anything. I like the fact that it was a relatively small hotel but it was never crowded. The pool area was comfortable with shady cabanas. It was a small taxi fare to the Dubai Mall or Burj Khalifa, in cooler weather you could walk.

I loved everything! It was really near the dubai mall/burj khalifa and the swimming erea is so relaxing. The roomcleaning was really well and friendly. Ajay and Sarita really manage everything good!

Our room was one floor above where construction was being done. Very load and disturbing to rest. Started early and went on until dark. Never put a guest near construction!
