We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I can honestly say my stay at alharaki Capsule has been a wonderful experience and most enjoyable stay of 8 hostels I have stayed in Deira. I was hesitant about capsule style lodging versus a typical bunk bed but I found the capsule to be roomy, comfortable and provides 100% privacy. Everything in hostel super clean as live in host, Jaja, is also housekeeper and cook. Jaja cleans every day, welcomes the guests, and prepares free breakfast with coffee, tea, boiled eggs, bread, and jam. As a result, I either have a light lunch or skip and then dinner. Jaja is a fine host and always happy to help with issues you may have. Alharaki Capsules’ location is excellent as it is between two Metro stations, Salah al Din and Abu Baker Al Siddique. Reef Mall is nearby and Al Ghurair Centre a little further. Also, many grocery stores and restaurants within 100 meters. The owner, Abdullah, and his friend, Yahia are onsite as they are adding additional bedspace. They are very friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice guys. Abdullah is always open to talk with you about anything but does not speak English well so use of a translator is needed. Given alharaki Capsules’ fine qualities already discussed, it is hard to find one more positive attribute but let me say the best is yet to come. The price is FANTASTIC! How can you beat staying at a clean, convenient location, nice staff, good food, nice guests for only 30 dirhams a day! It is a great value. I cannot highly recommend this place enough. To be perfectly honest, writing this review was hard because now everyone will know how good this place is and it will become busy. I enjoyed the lack of notoriety (place only a month old) as I am still staying here, but all good things must come to an end. Lol One final comment, I am 6 feet tall and the capsule’s dimensions works for me, albeit not perfectly. However, if you are over 6 feet 3 inches, capsule dimensions are probably an issue.

United Arab EmiratesTravellers usually use laundry themself, Washing machine is there but you can’t get a space to dry your cloth under Sun. So if you are in hurry to do laundry and pack, you cant.
Property is nearby Greenline Abu baker Metro Behind Muraqabat Police Station. New property Clean and new mattress and linen. Pillows are little bit hard. Breakfast Bread and Coffee Washroom is small but maintained well. Its a capsule Hostel 15 Capsules in one room Only 1 person can fit on 1 capsules. For Solo travellers is best choice.

During my recent stay at a haven capsule, I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The accommodation was exceptionally well-maintained, with spotless surroundings that immediately conveyed a sense of comfort and cleanliness. Each capsule was thoughtfully designed to maximize space and ensure a cozy, private retreat. The staff truly enhanced the experience with their warm, accommodating nature. From the moment I checked in, they were attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any requests or questions I had. Their dedication to providing top-notch service was evident and greatly appreciated. The amenities within exceeded my expectations. The shared bathrooms and common areas were immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything a traveler might need. The location of the haven capsule was also a significant plus, conveniently situated near public transportation and popular attractions. This made it easy to explore the surrounding area and return to a comfortable, quiet environment at the end of the day.
