Definitely the facilities, the room, and the view. Staff is professional, as it should be, in premices of such kind.

If I can give a suggestion, I found the quality of pillows very poor. In such high-level hotel, I suggest offering a greater variety of pillows, from the softest to the hardest. When I asked for a less soft pillow, I was brought a pillow with two soft pillows in the pillowcase... but this was not what I asked for... The quality of the pillows directly impacts the quality of sleep and therefore the general state of comfort of a hotel stay.

The pool is very nice and the accommodation (beds, shields) as well. The level of international buffet and breakfast very high

The staff in the restaurant has to be trained. on my first day of breakfast 3 restaurant staff members tried to take the plate away from my tabe when I have not finished my meals and when the cutlary was kept in the correct possition. this included one superviusor lady. I had to share a peace of my mind with her........

The hot chocolate at the breakfast was not good, watery and bitter, Sparkling water would be also nice to have. Smart TV in the rooms would be an advantage as well as more (international/ USB) power sockets.

The Palace view is stunning and the balcony made it even better. Most Hotels in the UAE don't have balconies and extremely dirty windows so that's really an advantage for the view. Lots of free water at the room, many hotels restrict that with 2 bottles per day/person. Spacious rooms and a huge bathroom with a free standing bathtub and all toiletries you might need. The Service was great - beginning with super fast valet parking, quick check in/ out and very attentive staff in general. Breakfast - one of the best I have seen so far. Much more then you will ever need, nice presentation, great quality of the food and always clean even tough it was busy during my stay. Pool and Beach - also clean and well maintained, especially the sunbeds. The Beach area is small, maybe 15 meters only while the Pool area is huge. But its clearly a City Hotel so that's not a minus for me. Shoutout to the pool gentlemen at the door who made sure that people did not reserve dozens of sunbeds - great job, appreciated, especially on busy days. Gym and Spa - nothing to complain about as well.

The beach was very disappointing and not very clean looking. The view from the beach/pool was not nice at all and i wanted music to be played by the pool but there was non.
