The staff in the restaurant has to be trained. on my first day of breakfast 3 restaurant staff members tried to take the plate away from my tabe when I have not finished my meals and when the cutlary was kept in the correct possition. this included one superviusor lady. I had to share a peace of my mind with her........

The hot chocolate at the breakfast was not good, watery and bitter, Sparkling water would be also nice to have. Smart TV in the rooms would be an advantage as well as more (international/ USB) power sockets.

The Palace view is stunning and the balcony made it even better. Most Hotels in the UAE don't have balconies and extremely dirty windows so that's really an advantage for the view. Lots of free water at the room, many hotels restrict that with 2 bottles per day/person. Spacious rooms and a huge bathroom with a free standing bathtub and all toiletries you might need. The Service was great - beginning with super fast valet parking, quick check in/ out and very attentive staff in general. Breakfast - one of the best I have seen so far. Much more then you will ever need, nice presentation, great quality of the food and always clean even tough it was busy during my stay. Pool and Beach - also clean and well maintained, especially the sunbeds. The Beach area is small, maybe 15 meters only while the Pool area is huge. But its clearly a City Hotel so that's not a minus for me. Shoutout to the pool gentlemen at the door who made sure that people did not reserve dozens of sunbeds - great job, appreciated, especially on busy days. Gym and Spa - nothing to complain about as well.

On the second day of our stay unfortunately room service was soooo bad!!! They made us so uncomfortable! No smiling just fed up. They sounded fed up.

My room was on the 34th floor and the view was beautiful it honestly without dramatizing anything it takes your breath away!!!

I can't complain about anything - just a few notes. For those who like spending time on a beach, hotel beach is a bit small. Also it would be nice to have more varieties in buffet dinner in Sahha restaurant.

Everything was great. Helpful and accommodating staff, tasty breakfast with wide choices, spacious room with magnificent views, great bathroom with en-suite wardrobe section, elegant hotel decor. Location is very convenient - close to corniche and marina. I'd say this is one of the best hotels I've been to.

Most wonderful accommodation in great proximity to main points of interest. Upscale and stylish, yet comfortable and very private. The pool area catered all needs, including a shaded baby pool. The beach area was clean and shallow, perfect for kids or non swimmers. Stayed over my birthday and I was surprised with a birthday cake in the morning. Had Balmain toiletries and soft towels and sheets. Loved every minute!

Staff are tooooooooo kind and toooooooooo supportive. I traveled a lot, this is one of the best place I saw such wonderful and great team. They tried their level best to accept my requests. Rooms are very clean. Size and technology used are wonderful. Super clean and very calm.
