The area around the hotel is not like Deira where you will find a lot of shops and restaurants and you can just walk around. The area is mainly hotels and apartment buildings .

The staff were really helpful and polite. They called every day to check if we need anything or there is anything they can do to make our stay better. The kitchen in the apartment has all the things we needed. The parking lot is right beside the building which make it easy to go in and out. the hotel was quite and nice in general. This was my 2nd time to stay at this hotel and it will be for sure on my list for future reservation in Dubai

Familiarity : we - my family and I- used to stay a 2 minute walk away for 19 years. Decent, clean place, with helpful staff and a great location. Not Dubai-glitz style, but very good.

Room facilities was not good like past, even you stop supplying the black tea, room was not properly clean like before, noise and low quality of internet facilities, water was always hot.

The Bad: Parking access too narrow. Bathroom water heater very weak. Minimal supplied crockery and cutlery and cooking utensils. Complimentary water is very little for 5 adults.

The Good: Excellent location. Very cleen and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Nice facilities - both in room and in hotel.

I had booked and paid for with breakfast and I was told that this was not included upset the whole group. However, I will write to booking.com who I had used to clarify.

The people at the concierge were of great help. The place was clean and whatever was not working the staff came and fixed immediately

One of the reception staff at the reception was rude in talking. He called our son in the room and spoke rudely. When we asked him at the reception, instead of showing any remorse, started justifying and started asking his colleagues, whether he was shouting. He seemed to shout and we understand from his colleagues, that it is his style. We need not bear such behavior after paying. Please keep such people away from customers.

The property is clean and nice view. Breakfast at the Lavazza stand inside the hotel. Very cool and serene. Anis who is one of the bell boys is amazing. Very respectful and dedicated to his work. Anis is indeed helpful and ready to listen.

-I ordered an extar blanket but the room boy brought an old rickety one, the changed it after i call them. -There is no toothbrush in the bathroom, shower gel, soap and shampoo are not enough for us - The deposit is to much.

For car service we have to download various app. being a frequent visitor i have never used the swimming pool, either it is under maintenance or climate is too harsh to use it.

room was clean and comfortable. staff took special care about the cleanliness. Prompt service by the staff has to be appreciated. i was happy that this time i got a room in a non smoking zone.
