Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

- I really don't know from where to start; it was my first time to stay in this hotel and the hotel really exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely helpful and super friendly, and the best part was the big Suprise when they upgraded our room from a garden view room to a sea view suite because of my husband's birthday, and the arrangement they did in the room was more than what I asked for, they also gave us late checkout. Many many thanks to this lovely surprise and to all staff and Management of this hotel. - The hotel has variety selection of restaurants and bars, also the pool area was amazing, "Namos" is a "must go" if you are staying in this hotel, actually we spend most of our time in the hotel cause of all the facilities and restaurants they have. - Location of the hotel is really good, very near Burj Khalifa, downtown, and other important areas in Dubai. - will definitely go back to "Four seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach" every time I visit Dubai :)

CanadaThe dinner choices are limited to the restaurants in the village and they are not very good dining options. Would be nice if the hotel had more fine dining option on site.
The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had a very enjoyable stay. Would be great though if they added better dinner options around. The restaurants in the village were not the best option.

The Room is spacious. The bathroom - what to say... I wish every hotel had such a bathroom. Both bath and shower are available. The terrace (if you have it in your room) is a great addition, you can be there with you partner to have a drink or even have some private sunbathing
