Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NorwayPerhaps make the apartment a bit more child friendly especially to not have any glass as a table top on the coffee table. It can slowly slip on the side during daily usage and can hurt small kids if they are playing around.

Moaz was an exceptional host. The location was perfect with direct link bridge to dubai mall and metro etc. Apartment was excellent with all facilities needed for full family stay. This has to be one of the best places I've stayed in Dubai in regards to quality, location and hospitality. Once again Moaz our host was brilliant. He made our stay extremely pleasant and my family and I are forever grateful.

India- The cleanliness of the balcony glass and the sofa cushions was poor. - The lights in the bedroom were insufficient for the night-time.
Location was superb. Great connectivity to metro, skywalk, dubai mall. The views from the apartment were great. The kitchen was well stocked. The host Ali was ever ready to go the extra mile to help.

EstoniaThe apartement was wonderful, really nicely furnished, clean and big. There was nice balcony with awesome view. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and also everything in the apartement. There was also nice pool in the building with view to Burj Khalifa, open until 10 p.m. On the other hand, the location was also super - everything was so close. During our stay, we were confused all the time - should we go out and enjoy everything around or stay in and enjoy this superb apartment with that awesome balcony?? And also, the guest manager was helpful and nice. Would like to stay in that apartement some day again :)

New ZealandCons: It annoyed me that the property sells itself as being luxurious when it definitely needs some TLC, I would say it's more premium economy than first class. When we got into the apartment it seemed clean but if you took off your shoes you would get dirty feet from walking around. There wasn't enough towels for the amount of people we had. The washing machine leaked water all over the floor when we first started using it until I told them and they fixed it straight away. One of the chairs has masking tape holding it together underneath, in the lounge. The main shower had mould around a lot of the edges of the shower and the ceiling. The other bathroom my parents refused to use as it had a big crack in the bottom of the bathtub and also no mat to place inside so it could be very slippery. The kitchen didn't have a toaster which it said it did. There was also no hair dryer or tea towels for drying dishes. It would also be handy to have some beach towels to use for the pool. You only get 2 coffee capsules, other than that we had to go downstairs to the nearby supermarket to buy a jar. We also dropped something under the bed and discovered it was dirty under the bed and there was rubbish. Obviously hasn't been cleaned in a long time. When we were checking out the huge curtain the the main bedroom fell down.
Pros: The location: the view is amazing! you are on the 45th floor. You are close the the fountains and the Burj Kahlifa. The facilities: the pool and gym are great! The aircon was good. The rubbish chute is right next to the apartment. Sittie the Manager was really attentive and quickly rectified issues we had. She also allowed us to check in an hour earlier which was great. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and you felt very safe. The internet was really good. I would stay here again for the location however I want people to know what they are actually paying for. Dehab restaurant is a 6 minute walk from the apartment and it had huge, delicious portions.
