only two small bottles of water in the room , this is summer , but when we ask they provide enough with out limit

The room was with higher humidity than expected, there was no replenishment of water in the room, however once we requested for the water, it was replenished very soon and the ladies' sauna was under renovation

The Arabic coffee, small sweets, and lounge were excellent. The family room, complete with a separate small room with bunk beds, was fantastic and enjoyable for kids. We also appreciated the hotel's sports facilities such as bowling and an Olympic swimming pool. The food at the buffet restaurant was of good quality and varied. The location is amazing and the territory of the hotel is green and huge 🌺

Nothing, everything was PERFECT.

My stay at Erth in Abu Dhabi was absolutely amazing! From the impeccable service and fantastic amenities to the kindness of the staff, everything exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was superb, offering plenty of healthy options. We chose this hotel for our honeymoon, and they surprised us with a beautifully decorated room and a delicious cake—a lovely touch that made our stay unforgettable. The gym is incredible, fully equipped with everything you could need, and the pool is a serene oasis. The food throughout our stay was outstanding. I highly recommend Erth if you're looking for a perfect blend of activities (like the enjoyable water polo session we had), relaxation, and exceptional service. Thank you once again to the wonderful staff—we can't wait to return! 🤍🙏🏼

It was amazing, and the staff was great especially Mr Isamel who went beyond his work of scope, and much appreciated, and will return soon. The swimming pool, beach, and the dates with coffee, as well as the views, are just great, and a golf cart that takes you anywhere around the hotel, has amazing hospitality.

The breakfast although very diverse, was not very tasty. That’s the only thing I wasn’t a big fan of.

The aesthetic of the property is hard to miss. Loved the whole earthy vibe.

The lobby and corridors are so quiet, it would be nice to have a little background music.

All the staff are very welcoming, courteous and accommodating. We appreciate the special arrangement of our room for our wedding anniversary celebration. It was lovely and sweet. We also like our garden view room and the outdoor pool which is perfect for families with little kids. There was a minor problem with the room’s terrace access and washroom drainage but the hotel managers and staff quickly resolved it.

The most beautiful and well kitted out hotel we’ve stayed in. Despite being fully booked, it was very quiet and tranquil. At times we thought it was too quiet, but actually it was just perfect and the chilled holiday we needed. A huge special thank you to Balqees who helped me book a hospital appt too. She was so helpful and kind at a time where I was very worried (pregnancy). We will come back for sure, next time with baby hopefully.

The whole facility had an overall empty feeling however, all restaurants were open and ready to serve any customer.

We took full advantage of all the facilities while we were there during our short 18 hour stay. The gym is incredible. So extensive and every single piece of equipment you could imagine. There is also a nice view of the Grand Mosque from the treadmills! We shopped at the racquetball store and picked up some fitness shorts for my husband. We lounged at the incredible pool and ordered refreshing smoothies. The pool was not crowded and had such a relaxing and luxe vibe. We had appetizers at the street food restaurant on the roof top (bonus points for how friendly and accomodating the staff were!) and then ordered a pizza at the pizza restaurant on the other side of the campus. We watched a soccer game from our bean bag chairs and then walked the track several times for exercise.
