Wifi tends to cut off a lot and breakfast can be very busy.

The only thing I would say is that there should be more lifts to cater to the 16th floor; the lift does take a while to arrive.

The hotel facilities was great, we arrived early we used the indoor pool facilities and the hotel staff allowed us to check in early at no cost. The breakfast was amazing a large variety of options. The room was spacious and clean, we had good views of the palm. The location is on the palm, it is easy to get around Dubai.

When I booked through booking I asked for 2 single beds. When I got to the hotel they were unable to accommodate so I was disappointed in that and had to sleep on a fold out bed that they sent to the room. This may be a reflection of booking.com and not the hotel but it was my experience this time around at Dukes unfortunately

Our room A/C did stop working momentarily but the technician was out quickly and fixed it.

Location was really good for travelling to all your activities. Views were really nice also. The whole palm is a very good experience to stay on. Breakfast everyday was consistent and many options. Staff were very helpful and friendly always opening doors and offering to help. Value for money it’s worth it.

I didn’t like leaving. It was truly an exceptional experience.

The hotel was beautiful with excellent amenities: pools, beach access, restaurants, gym, spa.. all incredible! I almost didn’t want to leave to explore the rest of Dubai! The massage I got at the spa was probably the best 90 minute massage I’ve ever received-the therapist attune to every little knot and stiff muscle.. even down to my ankles. Truly remarkable. The staff for the hotel was outstanding, even allowing me a very late check out (at an additional cost) instead of paying for an entire extra night. I would absolutely come back here again and again. I can’t rave enough about it! Also, my stay included breakfast AND dinner. Spectacular.

Didn’t have washing up liquid in the apartment discovered this late in the evening at which point was advised to go to the nearby mall to purchase. Cleanliness of room - there was dust in the far corners of the living room area, brought to my attention by our 9 month old baby.

Everything was amazing, you read so many reviews and get an even better experience than the best review!! Was staying in Dubai for 2 weeks, stayed in 6 different hotels and also hired an apartment. This was a surprise birthday for my wife. They really put together an amazing set up. Truly grateful. Thank you Khalid who checked us in for providing a lovely apartment with balloons and towels in the form of swans. It was beautiful. Breakfast, on the reviews read that some did not like it so was sceptical at first. So we arrived in the morning and from all the places we stayed it was the best breakfast!! I’m a chef and a foodie, it has something for everyone, buffet style but so much to choose from, from Indian, Chinese, English(after eating everything everywhere we really wanted beans and hash-browns(crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside lol), pastries, fruits, yogurt, toast, French bread, seeded bread. You name it and you’ll find it there. Also had omelet freshly prepared. Wait let’s not forget the pancakes and sauces on tap. Look when some are saying breakfast could be better, you really got to wonder what else they could have. It’s amazing!!! Plus the fresh hot drinks to table service was impeccable. Huge thank you to Edna, I have no sugar with my coffee but the smile and rapid response made my coffee taste like the best coffee ever. She also was so caring towards my daughter. I don’t really like to write reviews but whoever is thinking of somewhere to go for a wonderful chill and everything on the doorstep. This is it!!!

Because the hotel was so big, check in and check out process was a bit crazy and busy so try and avoide the peak times if possible but other than that no issues

Had a lovely stay at Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel. Room was great and the price for the 2 nights was good with breakfast included. Hotel is huge! Didn't get to use all amenities properly which was a shame so I will have to come back as this hotel is good location and value for money. Infinity pool was big and alot of pool chairs and also a private beach. You would need to go early in the morning to score a good spot. The water in the pool was pretty deep which was unfortunate for the non swimmers. The pool is next to Ula restaurant which is great, had music and beach vibe. Buffet breakfast selection was fantastic. The apple danish was to die for. I couldn't stop eating them, and here was also iced coffee to pour yourself. The hotel was walking distance to all the beach club next door which was great.
