Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Each ten seconds you need to reconnect your wifi. It wasnt stable, it fluctuates like some countries economy The landline , When Your call is answered then You've worn a lottery , call the reception through the landline was like try Your luck . you would call and call until you fedup.it would be better off the room so Customers wouldn't bother themselves than to walk down to seek whatever he or she inquires The cleaners knows how to express themselves well and professionally to customers However they forget their main duty.. They do shallow cleaning, clean the surface and leave all garbages under the cabinet and under bed. The hotel hygiene and tidyness is Unfortunately a disgrace to even talk about, the whole five days I stayed there, the view glass was dusty from inside and outside. The balcony wasnt accessible for customers use Unfortunately. It was a total mess. I wonder what the hous e maintenance were there doing. The first bad encounter i had was when Checking in. I had booked from booking so just went there with my pin and confirmation code , they took me to a stinking with a single bed which I booked big double bed, so was like what was going on. I requested the room to be changed however they turned me down with an excuse that it is the only room available . I asked to refund money and cancel but was denied also instead they forced me to pay additional 200 aed Which moved the total price I saw on booking to 800aed plus..this is no no no no no for a hotel like that. They should stop destroying the hotel name and pay attention to the needful. They received me badly and sent me off badly. And had the worst check off too.
The hotel Location was ok, interior settings and coloring was amazing, and their customer services is something worth talking about accept few staffs diverting from their professional duty to been too personal. I also love how silence the hotel was despite been in clouded location . The bed was so soft and comfy . the room lighting was on points and I love the speed they take to attend to customers need once you're lucky to win a lottery by getting your call through the landline answered
