Size of the pool could be bugger and deeper. Steam in the ladies changing room wasn't working.

Friendly staffs namely Putri at the front desk, Madhu from housekeeping, Srijana from cafe and chef Sharifa. Extended pool timings till 11pm.

Nothing Much

The entire experience started the moment we entered the Resort, the check in was smooth and they upgraded my stay to presidential suite. Once we entered the room it was wow its huge. The bedroom was so spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. the wash room was again huge and the jacuzzi tub was amazing. Please find the factors that make this resort special below. 1. Very friendly and hospitable staff not just one or two all of them are amazing 2. Clean and shallow beach 3. Pool till 11 PM 4. Food was amazing- Please choose the meal packages at check in 5. Rooms are Spacious with comfortable beds and excellent washrooms 6. Activities for Kids 7.Amazing private beach 8. Return Gift while checkout for the kids

Reception and special attention to birthday celebrations. Staff helpful and friendliness. Especially the both food & beverage executive chefs, attending and following up on matters brought to their attention, thanks to the support of chef Sherifa.

What I didn't like was getting home and me and my family having insect bites all over our bodies. This being the second time it happened. So it is very uncomfortable at the moment and would've wanted a warning to let us know about bringing bug spray.

I liked the whole vibe there. It was an excellent experience with the Band and the Belly dancers... The fact that we could be at the pool until 11 at night with our kids was great.

It was difficult to get a taxi from the hotel. The resort feels a bit old and may be in need of updating.

The beach was great, service was excellent, breakfast buffet had lots of choices and everything was delicious. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a very restful stay.

Long distance from Abu Dhabi, and the water is too shallow. You need to walk for around 150 m to reach 1.5 m depth

Everything was just amazing, there is not much to complain, there was a low tide, which of course has nothing to do with the hotel itself :)

As many times before, we absolutely loved everything about our stay at the resort. From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed it. Chalets are great value for money, and the food was again exceptional, having everyone from executive chef to the waiters and bartenders making our stay exceptional!

I consider that for the size of this resort, the pool is small to accommodate what is supposed to be a good amount of guests for a resort of this size.

Staff is very friendly, the bed is very comfortable, the concierge staff was very helpful. Gym was suitable and the resort in general is high level. The water of the pool was warm and nice.
