Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

My over all experience was very great from reception till restaurant and house keeping everyone was very professional , helpful and had smile on their face . It's like a decorative container that holds the ashes of the dead person after being cremated... Sorry but I hope the management would see that and change the vases with a nice flower arrangement. The staff in the reception are professionals and very accommodating. All the staff in the restaurant where we had our breakfast are great! The waiters and the coffee guy who made our cappuccino they are all excellent! Also, the housekeeping attendant was so polite and helpful. We had a wonderful weekend at Crown Plaza Hotel Marina.

KenyaThe Marina View wasn't that good cause I had just a partial view. I had booked for a twin bed room, when I checked in they told me that there wasn't any availability but they upgraded me to a suite......However that didn't solve my twin bed issue. The lobby is a bit small or plain....
All was perfect, food was great. Literally a stone throw away from Dubai Marina Mall.
