Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PhilippinesReceptionists were a mix of different races & culture. Some, especially filipinos, are very friendly & accommodating while other races just wanted to get their job done. Overall check-in was not very efficient.
Room is spacious for 1 pax to stay. Amnesties were great. The view from the hotel was magnificent each morning as clouds surround the buildings. Breakfast was excellent as there were both asian and western cuisine.

United Arab EmiratesThe pool wasn't open in the evening, which is a shame since this is when you can really use it due to the scorching heat. The room was beautiful, but nothing really "wow", in comparison to the price paid.
Breakfast was fantastic, everything was lush and delicious. The room was quite simple, but superbly furnished, pretty quiet too despite being just next to the busiest road on Dubai. The pool was beautiful.

GreeceThe closet size was small for a family of 3. It is a a pity to have a 45sqm room with such a limited closet space.
The room was amazing. The beds and the pillows were of extreme comfort. Rooms were cleaned up twice a day. Really enjoyed the TV in the bath tab. We were in the 33rd floor with an outstanding view. The location was AAA, Next to Metro station and close to city center. The breakfast had a a very good variety covering many different tasting profiles. Really enjoyed the fresh cold smoothies and healthy booster shots. The Gym was really nice and spacious with brand new Technogym equipment. The Byredo collection was a nice touch to the overall experience.

KuwaitBreakfast buffet is amazing but the restaurant is very stuffy everyone comes out smelling food on their clothe not very convenient if you will eat and leave for work or just going out, must change clothe.
Very friendly staff , they come from diversified cultures and all serve in the same standard. Very good location of the hotel accessible by car and metro. 20 min away both directions from airport and middle of Dubai. Rooms are always clean and have good distant view no close by structures or hotels etc.
