Bathroom shower didn't drain properly. Shower door didn't close good. Bathroom and kitchen and some of the furniture could have been updated.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Starting with the quiet, clean area, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby and continuing with the hotel's staff, that was very helpful and fulfilled all our needs, the big apartment with all the amenities for a short or a long stay, I would say that for us was a perfect choice. Also, considering the variety of the breakfast and comfort of the beds, this hotel brings a good value for the money, definitely worth booking here, if you find any room available, cause most of the time is fully booked.

Some of the taps were loose, as in, if you try to turn the knob, the entire faucet would move. Not a deal breaker, but would expect this to be in working order.

Breakfast - they had a good selection of options, with fresh coffee, every morning. Location - right next to the City Center Metro (~3 mins walk). General stores - there were quite a few in walking distance, including a 24x7 pharmacy, and a Mandi style restaurant next to the hotel. Mall - City center Mall was right across the hotel.

We had booked 4 suites for 5 days and our stay was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful throughout especially Joyce, Shahinur and Sarath under the guidance of Mr Shyam. The breakfast was delicious with detailed buffet menu to cover all palates. The location was perfect in terms of amenities. City Centre, City Centre Metro, Day to Day store, and few amazing restaurants all were in walking distance from the hotel. We could easily travel from Airport using Metro. I would highly recommend the hotel for families looking for a seamless stay in their Dubai trip.

Everything was perfect. The location is super for travelers, who have a long connection in Dubai airport. Personal were very kind, especially many thanks to Jonathan, who helped with the taxi organization. We were happy to choose this hotel. There is only one what is not match the description there is NO shuttle to the airport.

Had issue with hot water in the bathroom, however a member of staff was up in under 10 minutes and fixed the issue.

Nothing much to complain about.

Smooth check-in especially with the assistance of Maissam Gafar. Upgraded to a suite which I am appreciative of but is a little too big for a single person. Will be great if I had brought my family along. Near to many restaurants and malls. The train station is also within walking distance which is very convenient for travel to WTC and the airport.

staff at the front desk are always greeting us whenever we go in & out of the hotel. Maissam & Jonathan have been very helpful with giving us a wakeup call at 2:45am & got us a taxi to get us to the airport in time.

Our only concern was the value for money. Other hotels offer dinner as well as breakfast for the tariff.

Thankfully, after an overnight flight, we were able to get into our room three hours earlier. Reception staff were excellent. Breakfast was just right.
