I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The bed was incredibly comfy and cozy, ensuring I had restful nights throughout my stay. The room was well-appointed and inviting, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special shoutout to Jonathan, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable—such a kind and helpful person. His hospitality truly made a difference. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai!

Frankly there was nothing to unlike.

Everything was perfect. Location, Services, Room, Facilities, bed, bath, toilet, kitchenet. All perfect.

The Business Centre has a really outdated computer. The printer is in need of repair and the connectivity is rather poor. Other hotels provide the same service, but offers modern equipment, with fast and reliable internet for free, whereas City Seasons requires a charge for their outdated equipment. The City Seasons group should pay more attention to maintenance and not wait on guests to complain. Every room we've stayed in, always required some sort of attention. They should also replace towels and hand towels sooner and not expect guest to request towels that's not frayed or broken. The hotel definitely needs to upgrade their TV's to smart TV's and provide their non arabic speaking guests with more language options.

The location of this facility is very convenient, right opposite the Deira City Centre, close to the Metro, lovely little park right behind the hotel and you're spoilt for choice with regards to restaurants in the area. The staff are friendly and professional and helpful. I would like to specifically mention Jonanthan and Joyce. Jonathan went far and above his normal duties to assist and advise, showing professionalism at all times. He's a gem and should be treasured. He is more of a marketer and could be utilized better than in his current position. Joyce was friendly, helpful and professional.

The staff the staff was really really nice they are welcoming, polite and helpful from the porters/security /reception staff to housekeeping they all deserve my thanks for the awesome service they gave us we will surely return soon ❤️ I also received a free room upgrade🤭

Nothing to dislike. A lovely hotel, with excellent service from the staff.

The staff at this hotel is marvelous. They care about their guests. We arrived at 2 AM. They upgraded us to a huge, lovely suite. They helped us locate places of interest. GREAT location, just across from the Deira City Center shopping mall. 5 minutes from the metro system, which is so convenient. Stay in this hotel. It’s close to the airport, and has all that you need for a comfortable stay.

Everything is good here and I would like to thank Jaafar for his wonderful treatment of us. He always strives for our comfort, me and my family. No smart tv this is very sad for me

It was a great experience in this hotel. I have been living here for 8 years and I know everyone. But there is a wonderful employee in every sense of the word, and he is Jaafar. My family and I would like to thank him for his good treatment of us and for giving us a bigger room than ours and always providing us with all means of comfort. Thank you very much, Jaafar. You are truly a wonderful person

there was insects in the pillow, cleaning wasn't good pool is getting destroyed pool guy doesn't like to stand up from his chair and just play with his phone at the gym water wasn't cool to drink, the equipment wasn't attached to electricity

staff were very friendly but the cleaning group were not good enough and i didn't see a supervisor to check their work. last year rooms were cleaner and kitchen was better. they need a good maintenance plan otherwise they will lose their guests.

This is an old fashioned Dubai hotel - and what a treat that is! I arrived after a somewhat difficult flight and Maissam and Abu Baker at reception took such great care of me I didnt want to leave. My room was exceptional with all I needed and more besides, and the comfy bed was wonderful. This hotel is a short ride from the airport, across the road from the City Centre Mall and a short walk to the metro - it couldnt be better positioned. But most of all, in a city of cookie cutter hotels constructed of thin walls and fast turnaround of guests, the City Seasons is a stand out exception. It's what Dubai hotels were 25 years ago and there's not many around now. I'm very pleased this one still is and I'll definitely be back!
