United Arab EmiratesFront area gets very congested with many cars at peak times. They could have done better management of flow of traffic. The gym is a bit disconnected from the main hotel area , you have to take a separate lift.
Excellent experience overall. Great place to stay. Pearley at reception was really welcoming and particularly helpful. She put us in rooms with best views. Everything in hotel from pool to restaurant and rooms is nice. Beach joining the hotel is bit uneven but not sure if they can do anything about that. Room cleaning service was spot on. Staff in pool area, valet staff and luggage management staff were all very professional and responsive

United Arab EmiratesI think it's a nice place and some improvements can make it super popular. One of the things I can suggest is to have covered parking spaces to protect vehicles from sweltering heat of summer.
Easy access to the beach and ample parking options available although the basement parking could've been bigger. I was lucky I parked in the basement the whole time (two nights and three days) in the sweltering summer heat.

United Arab EmiratesIt appeared that our room was only half ready for us. There was no tea, shampoo, body lotion , not enough drinking water or towels. The hotel policy of only providing one bottle of water per guest is simply not good enough in a country where you cannot drink the tap water and this is the only hotel I’ve stayed at in the UAE that charges for extra water in the rooms! We asked on multiple occasions for tea bags and the correct toiletries, in the end I had to go down to the reception before we received these. It was a very busy weekend with a huge group of 140 guests arriving at once. There needed to be better supervision at the pool as many families were not able to play safely with the group of guests throwing and playing ball games in the pool, effectively taking over the whole area. Knowing in advance that this many guests were arriving, ensuring that there were enough staff at reception , drink ingredients at the pool bar and loungers at the poolside would have made the stay better. You should also offer better coffee options for breakfast, simply having pre-made caffeinated coffee in a large urn in substandard for a hotel of this calibre- there should be a machine like every other hotel I’ve stayed at or with staff making the coffee options as per guests requests and not expect guests to pay extra for any other coffee choices they may have.
Beautiful well-presented hotel on the beachfront of Fujairah. Our room was really big with a balcony and had views of the sea and pool. The bed was big and very comfortable with enough pillows. The breakfast area was really big with a lot of options for food. Sreekumar in housekeeping was helpful and Rona was polite and efficient on reception.

We do not find it ok to be asked to pay extra for an espresso / americano in a hotel that gives itself 5 stars. A good quality automatic coffee machine + good quality beans will do the job. The changing facility at the pool need a completely different solution. Check in process needs an upgrade - waiting 30 min is not ok (even during a busy period).
We had certain issues with our initial room. The management stepped in and offered us an upgrade. We were very pleased with the decision and how prompt it was. Staff members aimed to please (our best regards to Steveen). Nice pool. Beautiful views from our balcony. Nice breakfast.
