The location of the hotel is excellent. Right in the center of Abu Dhabi, the hotel has a private beach and a huge pool, the gym is huge and offers a lot of equipment! Inside the hotel there are 12 restaurants and an excellent bar, the mall is connected to the hotel and there are many shops and restaurants. We really liked the hotel, everyone was kind and nice and the service was excellent, the room is beautiful and meets our needs!

The room did not seem prepared for two people, I had to request multiple facilities. The service is really slow, it took over an hour to address a TV issue. Additionally, the air conditioner would not go higher than 22 degrees, which we found uncomfortably cold at night. They tried to fix it, but nothing changed.

The hotel is very clean, comes with a great view, fantastic breakfast variety, and a great location with a connected mall.

Rotana was the best decision we could have made. The staff were so welcoming and we bonded so easily with the staff. Nilar, Rohana and Muhammad at the restaurant were absolutely amazing. We can never forget the level of hospitality we received from them. We travel a lot and have been in several 5 stars hotels across the world and Rotana stands out by far for us. Thank you Team Rotana, you are Legends!

There was nothing that I did not like, except I was initially given a room without a proper sea view, while I had booked a room with a sea view. As soon as I complained they changed my room immediately, just did not know if this was a deliberate mistake. Other than this, I always had courteous staff who were always willing to help with a smile. There is a good view of the water and the buildings nearby, especially at night. The room was quiet and had a good night's sleep.

The room was right-sized for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) with 2 big queen-sized beds. The breakfast spread was excellent and the food was tasty. Walking around the property was a pleasure in the morning and we would definitely come for a longer stay in this property.

Before I checked out they wanted to charge me with someone bill, which I never went to the bar, it was very disappointing to write my room number on someone’s bill …. Please , next time ask for the card for the room to be sure he is a right person to pay!

The room was a bit small considering the price. There were a lot of children in the pool all the time so it wasn't as relaxing as I would have liked. Would be better if the children were in one area and adults could have an area for themselves.

It was by far the best hotel stay experience we have had so far. Thanks to Ms May for being so cooperative. Rooms were so clean n spacious .. n we were upgraded to Royal suite which was nothin less than a Palace.
