If you drive to the place, leave the car outside of the reception and they will help you to park it. I didn’t know it so I directly drove to the parking lot in the basement and found no way up😂 Very good rooms and helpful staff, everything in the hotel is perfect.

We especially appreciated the perfect service, very helpful and kind staff. It is a quiet desert resort where you can relax. The resort is decorated very tastefully. The rich buffet offers plates for every taste. The pool area is spaceous. There is nothing we can complain about.

Great job with the renovation and at the same time keeping the original ambiance of the place. I can feel the staff receives a good training and are well taken care of - they are very happy to assist and always in fresh, clean uniforms. The experience one gets in this hotel is superb and one of its kind, I can highly recommend it.

Excellent resort in a tranquil location. We stayed at Bab Al Shams for 3nights - it was just perfect. We loved it! Service is excellent, decor is beautiful and food was superb.

My suggestion is humanize a little more. For example: in Six Senses or Aman Hotels, your receive a welcome and goodbye gifts and rituals from a manager of hotel and staff. Music in swimming pool could be local or traditional not american or pop. In evening turn maybe we could receive a traditional sweet or similar, that reminds the origin from Desert.

This place is amazing, quiet and perfect if are looking for the calm from desert avoiding shopping and noise of city. You can see a sunset everyday and relax. The breakfast is superb with a good variety of fruits and food. I use a SPA that was wonderful experience.

A bit more information on the Al Hadheerah show would be nice (some of my party left before the main show started whithout knowing) also a way to get a placement on the position of the table since we reserved months in advance and got a table that wasnt as close to the show as we would have wanted. Still we loved the experience.

Outstanding hotel, from the moment you arrive you are greeted grandly. The facilities speak for themselves, armonious arquitecture, top quality atmosphere. Everyone is very helpfull, friendly and great at their job. the Al Hadheerah experience is magical, with great feast and talented shows.

The staff were all extremely courteous and professional. They could not have done more for us to enhance our stay. We were privileged to get a room upgrade such that our room had a fabulous small courtyard style terrace. Added to this was the superb food and wonderful desert location.....great for exploring. We have been before, and we will be back :)

The private party held at Nineve on the 13th night which had Bollywood music playing so loud we could hear it Zala while having dinner & later in our room. The main course & desserts at Zala was nothing to rave about. I would focus on quality & not quantity.

The property was beautiful. Cut off from the city, earthy, lots of greenery, beautiful sunsets & peaceful to a certain extent. The staff & service was on point.

You cannot pay your restaurant bills at check out, you have to pay either a deposit at arrival or pay every single time at the restaurant or pool.

It is a hidden gem, everything was perfect, the design is awesome, 45 min drive from Dubai centre. We travelled with a baby, and the staff made the vacation perfect, special thanks to Sujan and to the kids club.

Music: They want to be a beach club in the Desert. Daypass. Music that doesn't match with property No lounge arabic music around the pool or the rooftop bar. We are in Dubai. We want the Dubai vibe. Greek Restaurant: Please more arabic food.
