Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PortugalWe had an amazing time at Avani Plus Palm Dubai! The hotel is spectacular, with suites that are spacious and well-equipped, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views from our room were stunning and really added to the experience. The food, both at breakfast and dinner, was delicious with plenty of variety to suit all tastes. The hotel also has excellent amenities, including a well-equipped gym, changing rooms, and a beautiful pool area to relax and unwind. One of the best features is the convenient location. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, making it super easy to get around. It’s only a 10-minute metro ride to the Marina and around 45 minutes to reach the Burj Khalifa area. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend Avani Plus Palm Dubai to anyone visiting the city!

We stayed for a couple of days on our way to and from New Zealand to the UK. It was a fantastic place to completely relax, unwind and rest. Wonderfully comfortable rooms and the staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and the pool was a great place to spend the day. We will stay there on our next trip to the UK.

AustraliaOnly negative thing was the location. It wasn't very get 'out and about to explore' friendly for those who are that type of tourist especially in extreme hot weather (35-40 degrees). The monorail however is close to the hotel which takes you to Palm Jumeirah and the lovely Nakheel Mall.
We had an amazing stay at Avani during a 5 day stay in Dubai on route to Europe, and I can say that this hotel is the best out of the 6 countries we visited in 7 weeks. The breakfast, room space and the staff were exceptional. There is also a nice sized gym to use.
