1) WiFi Experience - Excellent 2) Restaurant Services - Top-notch service 3) Room & Facilities - Excellent rooms and facilities. Convenient place to relax and a great place to stay. Feels like home. Only to take note of the dust on the headboard of the bed and some utensils (some previous food stain was seen on the fork) in the kitchen to double check the quality of the cleanliness (infection control under housekeeping). But overall the room was clean. 4) Service of Staff - The staff are polite, attentive, going above and beyond. 5) Quality of Food - It was great and fresh. 6) Check in experience - Warm welcoming, easy and smooth process.

everything was fine.

great location , big spacious rooms , no noise of traffic but the location is perfect to enable you to get on to the main highways with ease. the facilities are great, the gym is brilliant and it also has a 24 hour sauna that comes in handy. the hotel as is in pictures.. staff were pleasant and helpful whenever I had a request. definitely my ‘go to’ hotel when on business in dubai.

Our bedroom was right above the restaurant or bar?, so we had quite noisy two nights. My partner called the reception, but unfortunately nothing changed. Luckily, in some point we were able to fall asleep.

- great service - we got an upgrade from studio to one bedroom apartment :) (we were in a low season so maybe that’s the reason) - the whole day happy hour for cocktails :)

My recent stay at was delightful. I booked three bedrooms. The rooms were clean, fancy and offered a nice view of the surroundings. Although the breakfast had a wide variety, it was average in taste. Nonetheless, the overall experience was pleasant, thanks to the hotel staff. Would book again.

Everything about the Avani Palm view was exceptionally good.The staff were amazing, the breakfast spectacular and the apartment wonderful. We will be staying there every time we fly to Europe.We have found our home from home.

At the breakfast the waffles, pancakes were not very good. They were dry. For me it is not an issue at all.

Everything. The apartment was great . The staff was very friendly. Valet parking is free. And If you need here metro station in 1 min. The location is perfect. 10 min to marina dubai. And the breakfast was really good , many choices of food .

I think it’s the complete package. Extremely amazing staff throughout the hotel. Perfect rooms. Central location. And if you have any sort of issue, no matter whether it’s a hotel problem or not, they will always help you out and it’s never too much trouble.

Ice machine didn't work in the freezer but the staff brought us plenty when we asked for it! Late check out was only 1 hour later, could have done with 2pm.

The apartment was amazing, great facilities with everything that we needed such as large fridge, glasses and microwave. We didn't use the oven or pans but it had everything. Each bedroom was large with a lovely en suite. Nice balcony with a full view of most of Dubai!

A bit far from downtown for major attractions. Restaurant service was slow.

Spacious rooms ideal for a family stay. Nice view overlooking Palm and excellent location to access Aquaventure Water Park with direct monorail outside the hotel

The only downside is the location, it is a little bit far from the tourist side of Dubai. However this wasn’t an issue for us as we hired a car. There are also good public transport links nearby.

The staff were amazing, the property was immaculate, everyone was so helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.
