The place is gorgeous. Gio(Imperial Club check-in desk)made sure that we have everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth.

Our first room had a bit of a smell coming from the carpet, which was quickly addressed by the hotel team and management. They first tried to clean the carpet, but when that wasn't enough, they kindly moved us to a better room. This did mean our first day meant moving from one room to another which did waste a bit of our time. It also took a while for us to get our room key after arrival and our luggage was in the holding area which meant we were waiting for a little while before being able to use the pools.

Excellent hotel and facilities, I really appreciated the care with which Housekeeping looked after your room and cleaned it up twice a day. The entire hotel is amazing, from the smallest details like the toilets, fountains, floors to the aquarium, the beaches, the service, its all impeccable. I had hired a car which I was returning to the car company. When I arrived at the hotel, the valet team took the car, contacted the hire company who came from inside and checked the car and did all the paperwork. I was very impressed. The buffet restaurants have an insane amount of variety which we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. My 4 year old also used the Kids club and had a fun afternoon, she wanted to go back.

It was very resort vibes. Very busy and loud at times. And the prices were quite expensive for food and other items. Not bad, just good to know before visiting.

Loved everything! The staff were exceptional, the small touches in the room like leaving a sun glasses cleaner, to the turn down service. We ate at Nobu, Hakkasan and the Steakhouse - all were amazing!

Everything is exceptional, the spA and gym are impressive, Bruno from the reception is truly kind and courteous, he expalained well about the offers and the activities, all the staff are very polite, grace is very warm in dealing with kids in the play room area. you made all the birthday of my son memorable. worth the hype! we will surely come back soon

The receptionist who checked me in because she asked me to deposit 1000 AED just in case I bought something when I refused she did not give me the card key of the room after I signed the check in form I had to to talk to the manager to solve it they wasted my time, slow service, I could not reach the customer service of Booking many times I tried through calling and texting.
