Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaWifi was extremely poor. Smart TV should be a better option rather than a normal TV with basic channels.
The property location was good in terms of visiting Palm, Marina. Also, the nearby metro stop (Internet City) is just 10 min walking distance. The food was good, though there were a lot of varieties but mostly Western. The property provides free shuttles to a couple of places. The pool area was also good. The standout experience for me was the service. The receptionists, housekeepers, and especially the kitchen staff were all incredibly polite and helpful. I would like to express my gratitude to a few individuals I interacted with: Supervisors Mr. Beno and Pravin, Head Chef Mr. Amjad, and servers Mr. Ganesh and Mr. Akram. The chef even prepared different Indian dishes every day just for my family. Thank you.

Arrived back at Atana from Africa and warm welcome and Greetings at Reception with Aadina and Ramyni ... Breakfast was great and staff are so smily and helpful... Samuel and Nyi Nyi are just the best big shout out to you guys making ... Our "ginger tea pot" very welcome every morning.. You are Welcome to come to Australia anytime.. The room attendants very attentive and big shout out out to Myo is doing a fantastic job and so helpful, nothing too much trouble. We are extending again our stay... Thank you so Much to the wonderful door attendants assisting us with taxis as well. We will be using this hotel for all our business trips. The lobby is roomy and lots of seating to make calls and relax and go and chill with a coffee or tea and delicious croissant from the coffee shop from the beautiful and delightful staff.. :) Thank you Team R&C

Late check out offer was not clearly specified with a time; u got a 2pm though I needed till 4pm. Other hotels make a better late check out offer with specific timing.
