Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

OmanThe swimming pool was very small for the number of guests, especially in the evening. On my first day, the restaurant was very busy, and I took my breakfast outside it was very hot . The variety of food was intermediate.

IraqThe internet facility and breakfast were not good. Breakfast is very bad. most of the days during my stay was full of guests, difficult to find a table to sit. I did complain and talked to the manager, hopefully they took action and resolved the problem only one day, after that, I experienced the same problems. Also the breakfast options or variety was poor, the same alternatives every day.
I liked the staff, almost all of them are good and capable of what they are doing. They are assisting in any related issues. Location was not so good as I expected. Room size is OK.

The location is great. Parking is always available, and the hotel provides free bus transfers to popular locations, which is a bonus. The service is excellent all staff are very polite and attentive. I really want to thank Hany and Mr. Tarek, the hotel manager for the excellent services.

Affordable. Very clean and accommodating staffs. From our Check in we requested to join together the 2 twin bed because of my son and they did it. Our check out time we requested for late check out because we have kids, difficult to prepare, right away a friendly staff Aaminah assist me. She’s very nice and kind. Breakfast is good. And thanks to staff kumari also for assisting my son in kids club playing area. We enjoy our stay in Atana.

TurkeyThe Safari tour. They told us everything included is 150 aed, but when we booked and went, everything was extra. They told us henna is included, but they didn’t tell us the included design is really small, if we want another design, it’s extra. The show&eating place is also really bad. If you want to sit on a proper table you need to pay 50 aed more? Ridiculous. We paid 50 aed per person, but we couldn’t eat anything from the open buffet. The food was horrible. The only good thing was: The guide. He was kind and understanding.
Everything was great, the staff is nice, kind and always smiling, the location is good, the room is clean. Room service was really nice, they brought everything we asked for in a really short time. Thank you for that guys!! So kind&lovely.
