Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Most amazing, stylish, luxurious hotel for the price paid. I didnt expect nothing special, I must say I wish I stayed bit longer. Bed and pillows were so comfy, I slept so well, and really clean. The lady at reception Cozy I think her name was, I must say thank you for putting me in room as requested. Breakfast was really good choice of everything, exactly what I need it after long travel.

The buffet breakfast and lunch dinner very very poor buffet 1st the material used for the food so cheap 2nd poor cheese section No many option for cheese. Poor olives ,No sweet section ,very very poor salads section and tomato cheap , No staff to serve the tables Main course very poor no enough choice especially in congenital section Bakery section very poor We advice the management to review this issues and I believe if run by out door company it will be better Consider this hotel 5 star but the buffet maximum 3 star or less The chief not that much for 5 star hotel .you can visit 5 star any time and u can compare the
