pool was pretty good, its just that the prices of the restaurant by the pool were very high. Room was clean and spacious, They even upgraded the room to a suite for us because there wasnt any king bed room available. Great staff

The pool is small No direct access to the beach. Shuttle to beach 10 to 1 does not explain which beach, condition of beach and availabilty or need to rend equipments as umbrella...etc Also there was no information that booking shuttle has to be a day ahead.

Some Construction Works are going on adjacent to the hotel hence the sound pollution is at high levels.

The Location was perfect, easy access to all the amenities, beach clubs and local pubs are at walking distance. Staff welcome was great.. Rooms are not the most modern but are clean and tidy.. smells good... clean linen.. ample towels of different sizes are available. overall I can give a 8.56 Rating to this hotel.

The view from 30rd floor. The tram was running right beside into the the Beach and the Marina. The mini mart was in a very short distance away. There was a kitchen. The A/C worked

The room was slightly colder than I prefer, and I was unable to increase the temperature above 22°C even when setting the air conditioner to max heat levels.

Room was really big, location is great too. The staff was outstanding, and the breakfast was amazing.

Construction next door was very loud and starts promptly at 9am every morning and was currently in view from the hotel. I know that they can't help what's going on next to the building but it was rough. Also the beds are very hard. Great dressings but the bed itself was very stiff. The location and the staff were amazing though and they did everything to help

When I arrived, I paid my suhour which I only took once during my stay because I arrived very late, so why make me pay iftar. On Friday, when I came back from work, I couldn't get to my room, even though I had told the receptionist that I was going to stay until Friday evening. I would have liked them to contact me, but I'm wondering why they gave you our contact details.

The fact that the hotel told me that I needed to pay at the time of check in even after I told them that payment had been made. It was only after they made some clarification with their finance team that they confirmed that my payment had had actually been received. It looks bad when you tell someone who's paid almost 2000 dirhams that you have not paid in front of others. This could have been done in a more discreet or better way. Secondly I wanted a hard mattress topper but was not provided with one as the hotel told they don't provide such a facility. As a result I did end up with back pain the next morning. Lastly, the room furnishings and decor seems very outdated in my opinion. Renovations are really needed. Bathroom and toilet size for a room which I paid was was extremely small too.

Some maintainance or construction noise the morning ruined quality of sleep

I wanna thank George, Sami and Harish for their kindness. George especially was very accommodating and helpful and made my stay in the hotel much more comfortable. I have no doubt he's one of the best I've ever dealt with in hotels in general, the rooms are clean the staff response was fast to all my requests.
