Good facilities delicious food very clean. Good location friendly staff especially Ahmed and Ramadan in réception and Abdel Samed in Valet who helped us a lot. Also Mustapha in pool who was always available and friendly. Will come again for sure to this nice hotel.

One housekeeping knocked on the door. I don't know what she wants. We were sleeping that time. But she still entered. My husband shouted coz we were shocked. She was sorry but we felt unsafe for what she has done. I didn't enjoy the beach. It has no waves. It's an artificial body of water.

I was happy coz they upgraded my room to suite from deluxe sea view. But the reception guy named Ramadan should have inform me that the suite is no longer a sea view. Coz the view really matters to me. The suite is so nice. It's a 5 star hotel. The amenities are all updated. Auto-curtains and furniture are beautiful. The receptionist was nice that he/she allowed us to check out late.

The service in the restaurant and bar was poor. Very slow. On many occasions during our stay we sat for ages trying to get someone's attention to order drinks. One time we entered the restaurant and sat for 10 minutes then left without ordering a drink. They were too busy wiping down tables than noticing customers and serving, bearing in mind the place was empty!! Also do not provide decaf tea for the room, asked in reception too :(

As noted in other reviews the pool area is shared with several nearby residence blocks. It was actually worse than expected. Extremely busy on the weekend so much so I was unable to find a free sun lounger. Thankfully one of the hotel pool attendants came to the rescue after searching for some time. My only criticism is the hotel must do more to ensure their guests can enjoy the facilities by the pool.

The staff really went out of their way to help. We arrived very early, hours before check in and they arranged a room us very quickly. Fantastic rooms, clean and spacious. The highlight was the pool area, large, well maintained, absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and having the Mall across the road was very convenient.

Quite a long walk from room to pool and beach. Available sunloungers around pool quite hard to get but comfy once snagged! Kids club not available..there were signs to one but did not exist, but we had seen this on other comments in advance Ate 1 time by the pool in the coco restaurant. Empty but staff were not all very welcoming

Very modern. Location next to mall is great with a 10-15 min walk to mall Pool is huge and clean. Next to the beach. Very friendly staff mainly especially in and around reception and the cleaning staff

I missed a real pool bar and a bar on the beach, without this the service is too slow. I missed the variety of the coctails, but this is not a critical point to feel good yourself.

The resort is nice, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is comfortable, the garden, the poolside and the beach. The food is very tasty, and there is enough variety including vegetarian dishes.

Surrounding area is not designed for pedestrians, to accsess to the nearest mall need to walk a lot on 40+ degrees

First room we got wasn't been good at all, smelt, poor or without wifi, noise from outside, but after complain we got excellen room!

The main pool on the beach usually has a kid that will do a poo in the pool because there are no signs for people to put a nappy on their young children. The pool then gets shut down for the whole day, the hotel needs to put up rules for those parents. This happened more than once during our stay. Those people ruin it for everyone else. Shame on them.
