The resort itself is as stunning as it is laid back. A well needed refreshing break from the big city life, a real breath of fresh air. What really took the trip to the next level however was the quality of service and attentiveness of the staff at every turn. We were designated our own personal butler, Kamran, on arrival and he really made sure that our every need was catered for and was always offering useful information and suggestions for us, even bringing us wonderful fruit plates and baklava to our rooms which really was a touch of class!! Everyone from the bar and waiting staff to the chef were extremely welcoming and took the time to have a chat with us throughout our stay. The pool area is simply stunning with plenty of shaded cabanas and a swim up pool bar to grab a refreshing drink. The entire resort has such an awesome Bedouin style retreat vibe and although it was very quiet being off season it still maintained a rich atmosphere. Both restaurants Italian and Moroccan offered up exceptional dishes with extensive wine lists. The only thing I would say is that the lighting could be adapted in the Italian restaurant in the evenings to offer a more intimate ambience as it felt a bit too bright which creates a more formal uptight atmosphere, an adaptable dimming system with some extra candle light would work wonders in there for the more relaxed Italian dining vibe. Finally our room was luxuriously cozy with pool view balcony and no expense spared with regards to attention to detail of what one might need during a vacation. An extra deep bathtub is always welcome and this one was big enough for 2 people and you were able to soak in the bath whilst watching a movie with a glass of wine in hand which is always a luxury comfort! Overall top marks for this place and I will really look forward to returning during the busy season to check the place out with a more lively vibe too.

The villa was exquisite with a sunset view, the staff were great, all the facilities are in tiptop shape, they even have a falcon room, the location is far away from the busy city, the night sky was dark and beautiful, the location was quiet and the outdoor spaces were very well designed and utilized.

The location isn’t really desert resort. It’s more like edge of the desert shrub sand land. Not near fantastic dunes.

The property is absolutely stunning and the spa is Devine! The staff went completely out of their way to make our anniversary special. The food and drinks were delicious. Highly recommend.

It was quite hot given the moth of the year. Perhaps pool water could be more chill.

We loved beginning to end. They made us feel in a honeymoon ( although it was jut an staycation). From reception to restaurants and spa all the employees were as nice as you can get. Place is really beautiful.

In the morning there was gardening work and it included some machinery that was too loud

Staff was very welcoming and attended to our needs Asanka the buttler offered us snacks and desserts that were kept in the fridge upon arrival, we enjoyed the pool and outdoor privacy, the kitchen had a coffee machine but only 4 pods plenty of water bottles were provided the bed was sprinkled with flowers and it was very comfy, can't wait to go back again

The kids club wasn’t really open, and there wasn’t really any activities to do. Tv was broken so whilst program said movie night every evening there was no movie. Limited cuisine options.

The villa was lovely. Great size for a family. The wave surf experience is really good for the children too. Staff were really attentive. They really make the resort, and turn the resort into a 5 star review.

Clean, and spacious rooms. Overall property is also well maintained and everything seemed new. Supportive staff in accommodating our requests. The location itself is so far out that you don’t feel like you are still in the country and can be disconnected from the city life.

The breakfast was good with plenty of options. Eggs were by order and the food was ready very quickly. We took the terrance table where the breakfast view was great! The only down side was that wild birds would take your bread >_<

Beautiful and luxurious resort in the desert. Elegant and well kept rooms. The swimming pool is very nice. Breakfast was super tasty and the choices were endless. The best part was the service. Every single staff went out of their ways to make sure all guests are welcomed and served to highest standards. Don’t miss the spa, one of the best massage treatments we’ve ever had. Ala in all we highly recommend this resort.
