Sea and beach are far from hotel. It is inconvenient to travel by boat especially when it is hot outside with little baby

This time we had a room on the top floor and the balcony in our room was always dirty because of birds sitting on the roof So we couldn't even go out to the balcony because everything was in birds droppings including floor, chairs and table

The deposit is very expensive and you have to contact the hotel administration frequently until you get it back.. the administration needs to realize it is hard for us to contact them frequently when we go back to our homes

Only one thing that the staff who attended us during our check in was not approachable. The rest was great.

We had to wait quite while for buggy to arrive, otherwise I loved everything !

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed so far in dubai , beautiful modern/ traditional Arabic style hotel , friendly staff , had the best steak ever at the French Riviera restaurant , pool was very big , most beautiful sunset at the beach , we stayed at the delux beach view room , the room was amazing , the most comfortable bed , best breakfast buffet !! everything was spectacular, we enjoyed our stay we definitely come back again !!

The fitness center was too far from our hotel. The kids club was for the little ones but there was nothing for my daughter of 8 years old. So, I couldn’t go to the spa…. :(

We feel like home. The room was very nice and spacious. We really like the lagoon which gives a holiday atmosphere. Breakfast was exceptional! And we did appreciate the vast choice of restaurants in the resort

The hotel rooms are a bit old , we had an access to the palace lounge, was surprised,that we had to remind several times to remove dirty glasses and plates from the table

We go to Al Qasr every year without fail and the pure reason behind this is the staff. They are amazing and so helpful and cheerful, it makes staying here such a pleasant experience. We met some great staff in the Al Qasr breakfast hall, Rahman especially was amazing, made great convo and helped us with anything and made the stay perfect. They even arranged cakes for our honeymoon and birthday throughout the stay and made it a delightful experience.

The food at The Hide (seated menu) was not up to the standard unfortunately.

The staff, organization, and facilities were all spot on. The room design and views were absolutely amazing. Initially we booked a sea view room then were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. It was an exceptional experience. The hotel management and staff were exceptional and very friendly as well. The food at Arboretum was great for both breakfast and dinner. We loved our stay and will surely visit again.

Room did not accommodate 3 adults and 1 kid and we were not advised that in advance. My mother in law slept in a very uncomfortable sofa bed and my kid in my bed. Really disappointing and this was not expected for such luxury hotel.

From my side I tried the Hotel many time there front disc and reception not flexible for changing the room even when the hotel is not full there are not flexible in checking out there staff really not that much dealing with the customer I prefer always EMAAR hotels Emaar is the best hospitality there caring and flexible Jumeira really need to check how Emaar hotel tray there customer many time I stay in Al Qasser and Jumeira but unfortunately there staff need more training how to deal with customer Emaar is the best hotel for hospitality and customer service

There is not shuttle bus going to Mall of Emirates & coming back to hotel anymore. So we need to wait for taxi from the mall.

Clean, quiet & feel more private. View is fantastic.
