Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IranThere were several things I did not like First, when they cleaned the room, they moved all our things and then we had to look for our things. Second, although the hotel is near the Dubai Mall on the map, we had to pay 100 AED for a taxi every time to go to the Dubai Mall!! Which was not good at all. Third, they took 2000 dirhams as a deposit from us at the beginning of our arrival, but now that more than 3 days have passed since our check-out, they still haven't returned the money to my account. Fourthly, services like spa were very, very expensive for no reason. Fifth, we had to call several times for everything to be brought The lack of tooth and shaving kits, as well as the incompleteness of the dishes, glasses, and mini-bar, were not at the level of a top 5-star hotel. Sixth, the breakfast buffet was not suitable for a very expensive hotel. Top 5-star hotels have excellent breakfast buffets, but Address View Sky was very poor in this regard.

United StatesThe scent in the lobby was a bit too strong for me however everything else around the property was fine.
The staff at The Address Hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. My room was immaculate clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to the Dubai Mall. The hotel has a delicious breakfast each morning. The service was attentive, warm and very efficient in particular a team member from the Club House named George. He sure took care of me and my friend showing us a very genuinely care for us .

SwitzerlandGetting to the hotel by car is not ideal as it is not well signposted. Especially as it has different towers. Such a nice hotel, but if you don't get to the right tower because of the poor signage and miss the entrance, then you can drive another 20 minutes there and back, especially at rush hour, which is just annoying.
The service is excellent and the view of the Burj Khalifa (especially from the pool on the first floor) is breathtaking! The rooms are large, modern and comfortable. We would love to come again asap!
