A bit short staffed on reception meant a delay at check in.

We were upgraded to a suite with balcony and spa bath. Lovely big room with huge bed and bathroom. Location was 10 out of 10 right in the centre with easy access to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The lady in the reception in the check-in. She was a bit sarcastic and I have repeated 4 times my name. She has my Id card in front . On the other side we have a dog and the bed they put for him have holes and hairs from other dogs. We have paid 23 EUR for this.

It is very well located. One of the front desk members , Pere was great and very considerate. Breakfast is great

The hotel is set in a very convenient position next to a large square surrounded by bars and restaurants. A perfect location and whilst not entirely luxurious it was ideal for a stay for a colleague and myself offering very good value for money. Would certainly be happy to go back there again. Andorra is lovely and this is a great place to stay there.

Extra payment for use of the pool, as I believed that it was included in the price.

All of the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of breakfast foods and drinks. I was able to take my dog.

Exactly at the time of check-out, they were cleaning the central glass elevator and it was not possible to use it. We had heavy suitcases and had to go down 4 floors! Besides, we were in a hurry because it was snowing. I mentioned it at reception and they said that we would have to wait for the staff to clean... it seemed like they were taking their time on purpose, cleaning very slowly. It was disappointing.

Good room, great bathroom, mini-freezer in the room. Perfecto View and location. I liked that the reception lent wine glasses to use in the room.

As others have mentioned, there are a lot of kids running around and making noise in the hallways. So if you are a honeymoon couple, this may not be the perfect option for you. Parking is expensive, but it's about the same throughout the city. I parked in the parking lot in front of the hotel as it was cheaper at night.

The room is comfortable and the shower has good warm/hot water. There is a minibar and a good space. The staff was attentive.

I did not like how i had to wait to check in to the hotel for so long, especially since i was just switching rooms. However I did use the spa and booked a massage and it was great to pass time and relax!

I loved the views in this room! It was perfect and the mini fridge had great options! I love vichy and sobran de cabras water! I also loved how dog friendly it was! I will definitely come back with my dog!

Although I liked the many variations of sausages where customer cut themselves, I find this kind of 'self-service' not being hygienic as every customer tuches the sausages, no glove or not even a cloth to be used as cover. A lot of viruses are going around this time of the year , so my advice as a professional Chef would be to serve the sausages as cut.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, excellent room, bed, and shower facility. Breakfasts buffet was lovely spread of fresh bread, cold cuts, warm dishes fruits and much more .

The swimming pool in spa is closed for kids after 15.00 The restaurant in the hotel is very slow… we waited 1,5 hours the get the order.

It was not clear at all that the pool/spa was not included in the price on Booking.com. We booked this hotel for the spa, only to find out you had to pay another 23 euros to use it. Couldn't see this information anywhere, even on the hotel website

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful for our stay. It was very clean with great facilities. Bed was super comfortable. Very nice bathroom/shower/bath. Perfect location too. Would recommend it for when staying in the area
