Staff barely speaks English. It was not explained that you need 2 euro's for the spa, that they have towels and how to get there without crossing the lobby (maybe place a note with instructions in the room). At 1 AM i woke up because people were slamming doors and talking really loud for 2 hours! So it must have been cleaning crew. I called out in the hallway twice, just to be completely ignored and called the front desk to do something. I could barely hear the man on the phone. Was not sure if he was going to do something, it still took 30 minutes before things calmed down.

The room is big, clean and comfortable. The bed and the shower are good. There is a "spa". I saw some sort of arcade. You are 2 minutes from the shopping mile. Staff was friendly, but barely spoke English.

the rooms needs renovation on any aspect . Took time to find the entrance to the facility . Noise from adjacent rooms was loud . the room was very hot with no apparent way to lower it ( we shut down th eheating and then opened a winfdow )

Location is very good , breakfast is generous and good value although on the "generic" side . the family room is very specious . compared to the area - great value .

We had a room that looked out the back of the hotel, due to the height of the surrounding buildings our room was always dark and looked out onto a flat roof where clearly previous guests used to climb out onto and smoke.

Good range of breakfast foods but not great quality, tinned fruit, powdered juice etc Staff friendly and helpful. Nice facilities. Good location

There was a strange smell in my room. I just decided to ignore it though.

The spa was nice. I enjoyed the pools. The location is also walking distance from the bus station.

The hotel's Wi-Fi signal is not good. From the day of check-in, I asked the hotel to provide an invoice, and the company information was handed over to the front desk, but until the last day of check-out, the front desk still did nothing.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the commercial street and attractions. There are plenty of seats in the underground car park. The breakfast is good.

Check in was a slow and the whole place feels very dated. In my room there was a strong smell like hospital antiseptic, the TV didn't work well, they only provided decaf coffee, no charging ports near the beds and the wifi was almost unusable. Not sure I would say it was value for money.

The location is excellent, the health centre and terrace are beautiful (but very busy), beds and rooms fairly comfortable overall, staff friendly.
