We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Singaporewhile the hotel provided the connecting rooms per request, we found out later upon enquiring that the only rooms w connecting doors did not have bath tubs. one of the room has a weird configuration for the shower door where it was movable and could not really prevent water from splashing out. the walls were quite thin…we could hear people talking on the corridor. the driveway down into the carpark was tight and narrow and was the only way in/out which meant if we met a car coming down the carpark while coming up, one would have to reverse all the way. to that we had a scratch when exiting the carpark.
the location was central and near the shopping street and plenty of decent restaurants nearby. there was a Macdonald and supermarket too.

AustraliaOur room the bed seemed small maybe a double, but we are just used to bigger. I believe it’s what’s listed anyways, with some places you never really know what you are heading into.
Super clean, tidy and all that. Really great location on the main strip. Fantastic for the price, although we went in May and booked early so might change for snow season. breakfast was great with a pretty good variety although only available for 2.5 hrs from memory. We had a lovely time! our room had a cute little view of the mountains which I just loved to look at! Highly recommend staying here for an affordable fuss free time!

NetherlandsBathroom is inside the room separated by the glass, which is only partially matte and mostly transparent. That is very uncomfortable to go to shower and toilet. Cause there’s no privacy at all and other person sees and hears everything that is happening in the bathroom. Very weird design choice.
Hotel is clean and modern, location is great right on the shopping street.

The hotel looks very modern which is something rare in Andorra. The staff was very helpful with us, we had a little issue and they didn't hesitate in solving it. It's super clean and bright. Good location.
