An "Interior" room usually means it's overlooking an inner courtyard, not a brick wall! If you book here, please make sure to get a room with an actual window. It was horribly noisy at night, we had to get the receptionist to settle down a very loud group several floors above us. The room itself was quite old, like the entire hotel, with décor and furniture that reminisce of the early 1900s.

Location is not bad, though not too close to city centre either

The Aircon in our room was extremely loud. Sounded like an old moped. The location is a bit off. Like 10 mins walk to get to a nice coffee place.

The bar and staff was really nice. The rest was just fine, like mediocre.

Andorra isn´t the hottest place, but it would have been nice to have a fan in the room.

Staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was always left clean. Bed was reasonable.

The stay was ok overall, but we paid 160€ per person for two nights, so just very expensive for what it was, as the hotel was hardly luxurious. The noise was really bad - you could hear everything from the hallway, other rooms and the indoor courtyard. The room was really hot so had to keep windows open as much as possible (which didn’t help with the noise. The radiator in the bathroom was on the whole time and broken, so couldn’t turn it off. We were given two single beds as a couple despite booking saying double bed.

We got an upgrade as there was a big group of kids, but they did not bother us. Only a little bit crowded in the morning when getting breakfast. Room, location and breakfast were good. Nice to have a walk from hotel to city center and hiking trails near by as well, close enough to bus station.

The bathroom is small. Not the best location from the center but not so so far neither, acceptable for the price.

Everything except the ask of 16E for parking!! Why? When you have Parking, it would have been great to allow it to be used for a night, Afterall, traveling on a motorcycle, the least we want is a safe place to park the MC and 16E was quite atrocious! However, thanks to the Receptionist for guiding to free park zones and telling me that Andorra is a safe place with 1 cop for every 4 citizens!!!!

It wasn't clear enough on the booking form that I had to pre book a parking space, consequently I had to drive round and round looking for a space, and I eventually got one a long way from the hotel.

There was plenty of choice for breakfast. The cereal tasted stale.

The hotel is a relatively short walk from the bus station. The room was clean and fairly spacious with comfortable beds. The WiFi was good in the room that I stayed in.

The hotel itself is a bit outdated but it's not an issue. Inside everything is maintained very well.

Not too bad hotel. Location is good, they have their own underground parking but there is a public one just up the hill. Parking spaces in Andorra are limited and that's normal. Breakfast was really good and cheap. Room was clean. Girl from the reception was very helpful, though her English was not the best but she tried her best.

That they had to shut down for maintenance work during off-season.

I don't like to eat so much for breakfast, so I only took advantage the one morning. But it's hard to think how more varied a breakfast could be.
