We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great room, very well located, just wakable to Andorra La Vella's center. Friendly staff, they communicated with us with useful advices. In situ parking within the hotel's premises.

SpainWhen booking there is no information at all that the parking is paying. I choose this hotel because it said that it had parking and it didnt say anywhere that you had to pay an extra amount. It would be nice to have that writen down somewhere...
Parking spaces where very limited and narrow, my car is very big and they made it possible for me to find a spot where I could park the car. The staff was very nice, and the rooms very clean.

Good location, friendly staff, clean rooms and not noisy. Comfortable beds and the carpark was good (first floor, the second one is too tricky to get in). The balcony was very good too.
