CanadaRoom was dark, small and noisy since there was no view but window faced laundry ducts and hissing sound all night. Got a fair deal on the price and i believe, reason i was put in this room.
Breakfast had nice variety, just wished it opened earlier. Location was good, a few steps from shops etc

FranceThe room was clean, but dated, its clear it has been updated with paint, but the bathroom is old, poor fluorescent lighting. no option for just a fan to circulate the air, without airconditioning. Parking onsite very limited and no possibility to reserve in advance. the furniture in the lobby was dated and warn.
the location was good, central and easy to find. Lots of space in the entrance and lobby. Breakfast had a good selection, the fruit was excellent.

FranceParking was full and unvailable. The bed had no duvet - which we noticed a while later - and the night staff didn't understand the problem. So we had to sleep without duvet, with a uncomfortable, brown throw they gave us. Which seemed unwashed and smelled old. Also, our room had a window that faced a wall - a terrible view. A pity, as the area is quite nice.
Good breakfast, and the room was ok. The hotel is quite modern and located near the center - shopping street and restaurants are near. ALso, the foyer is well equipped with TV, sofas and billard tables We stayed only night. The room was overall fine for that.

CroatiaAlthough the hotel was clean and the rooms tidy, the hotel definitely needs refreshing and some minor repairs. We couldn't get the air conditioning to work, although everything seemed to be ok, there were no sockets for charging mobile phones next to the bed
The hotel was neat and with a really great location. The hotel staff was professional and friendly. The choice for dinner was as good as for breakfast. This hotel is a good example of "value for money".

FranceThere was nothing to dislike but some things could improve. The hot selection of the breakfast buffet was luke warm, so the eggs and mushrooms were not enjoyable. Although I informed the hotel I had mobility problems our allocated room's door was not wide enough for my wheelchair and the ramp to access the hotel was too steep for a wheelchair to be pushed up.
The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The cleanliness was to a high standard. The breakfast buffet had a great selection.

SpainPerhaps the hotel need to look into its breakfast. We stayed only one night and the breakfast was one of the key factors we were looking for. It definitely can be better much better. As a basic breakfast its ok but nothing more then that
Location was great right in the middle of the capital. Great for spending your last day in Andorra after a busy week of skiing. The parking facility is also a huge bonus, make sure to book in advance.

United KingdomOne thing that was a bit of a pain was the lack of plug sockets. We had to unplug the tv to have 2 sockets in the bedroom, and there wasn't one in the bathroom, but we survived! I guess older hotels were not designed to accommodate all our electronic gadgets of today! It would have been nice to have coffee/tea facilities. I believe you can ask for a kettle at reception (with an extension lead due to the afore mentioned lack of sockets ) as we spoke to a gentleman in the lift as was carrying one.
The hotel was perfect for our needs. We just wanted a 2 night stay to go hiking, which was easy direct from the hotel. I booked the hotel because of its parking but knew in my head there would be no spaces available by the time we got there having read many reviews. It wasn't a problem we were directed by the very friendly staff to another car park around the corner, secure and underground, it was expensive (27.50 Euros/24 hours) but you have to factor in parking costs when staying in Andorra. The room was large with an extremely comfortable large bed. There was a fridge with 2 small complimentary bottles of water. We were on the top floor and although we faced the town, even with the window open at night it was quiet. The bathroom was clean and not a bad size, it was old fashioned but functional. Breakfast was ok, with a reasonable choice of hot and cold buffet but nothing to really praise. One thing that was really good, I chose the hotel on the account of a picture of a long parking bay at the entrance which allowed a 15 minute stay to check-in and get all the luggage out before going off to find parking, That was a bonus as the streets are quite narrow and lots of one way systems making traffic tight. It was a 2 minute walk away from the main pedestrian shopping area (and our car park) with restaurants for the evening.
