The was nothing not to like.

The property is located in the heart of Andorra la Vella and only a few seconds walk to the large Pyrenees shopping mall and all the other wonders of this city. The rooms are a bit sparse but the considering the price point, it’s an excellent value. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. There’s a full bar that has several different types of beer. There is also limited parking in the underground garage and several spaces are designated for motorcycles, which was very very helpful. I also appreciated the late check out of noon since I was able to do a bit of shopping in the morning after breakfast before I hit the road. The breakfast buffet was totally amazing so I will definitely be coming back to stay here again!

We had few things to dislike. My father is a bit heavy and the road to the hotel from the center is a bit sloped so he struggled a bit to walk up, but I had no issues 👍 Lots of traffic in Andorra La Vella, opening windows naturally gives in fumes and sound but it calms down during the night.

We booked the room on a road-trip, I am travelling with my father and noticed that we had gotten a double bed. We asked the receptionist if we could change to a twin bed room and got wonderful help, the room was even a bit bigger. We also got a 10% discount on a nearby mall and a reduced parking fee in the mall parking space. The mall had a great variety of things and was almost just across the the road from the hotel. We only stayed for 1 night to continue our trip but we really liked the hotel from what we experienced.

Parkinh on-site has 7-8 spaces and Very difficult to get into because it's down a steep incline and tight tight curves. Better to park 1 block away at Pyrenees.

Perfect location. Beautiful historic building. Wonderful supermarket in Pyrenees mall, which is best place to park. Plus 10% discount there and in whole mall from Hotel.

Bathroom is very small and shower is tiny. When I bent down to wash my feet I would turn the shower off and I am a very slim woman. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7.30. I had to leave by 8 on my last day and had paid for my breakfast but not allowed in a few minutes earlier for cereals and coffee

The shower cubicle was shamefully too small for me to use. I know I'm a big guy but my 17 year old son who was travelling with me could only just get in to the shower but could not turn around let alone lean down :-(

Sausages had a very hard skin - I guess this is typical of the locality - but not what I'm used to ;-)

Parking was convenient, if expensive for anything else other than a day or two. The room was very clean, but a little tired looking. The charge for dogs a little higher than in other hotels than I've stayed at, but the overall value for money was good.

Service was great, staff friendly and efficient. The hotel is right in the heart of the town. Very well presented.

Wifi is very poor. I can hardly have signal in our room. No kettle and the AC is not working so we have to keep the window open.

The hairdryer works poorly; after a few minutes of use, it overheats, and you have to wait for a few minutes until it cools down.

The location is very good, close to everything, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean, and the service is okay.
