Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe air conditioning did not work on the room, but luckily it was not too warm. The breakfast was a bit hit and miss in terms of quality.
The staff were friendly. The room was a good size with a very large bed and nice views. The fridge and complimentary water was a good touch. The spa was very relaxing. The choices in the breakfast buffet were varied and expansive.

This hotel is in the central location, so if you are reaching from Barcelona / Toulouse by bus, it is walkabale from the central bus stand, it takes 5-8 mins. The room was spacious, clean. The hotel has very peaceful ambience. All attractions in the city is nearby. Staff are very kind and the breakfast buffet is super.

DenmarkThe room was big and if you come with family and want to be close, you have the option for a door between 2 rooms, transforming it into a small apartment. I liked that. At the parking, we had a very nice experience from the worker there called Pedro. He was very friendly and helpful with finding parking spots, even when the parking was full ;) 10/10 for Pedro if you get to share this review with him.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which is a few minutes away on foot from the National Bus Station. Our room is spacious, very clear and with a very big bed, in fact, two single beds together. The staff are friendly and willing to help.

FranceVery minor stuff, but since I have to fill in something here: *Breakfast at 15 euros per day per person in no way worth it when there are bakeries 2-3 min walk away *Plastic wrapped paper cups in the bathroom is low-class for this kind of upscale hotel *Bed was large (California King) but for me only ok comfortable, a bit soft *TV is old and small LCD *Parking for cars is 16 euros per night
*Hotel has marble floors and walls everywhere, including in rooms, and is clean and modern - very nice look and feel *Reasonable Price for a 4-star - 125 euros per night w/o breakfast *Good location * Quiet even though downtown - my room was on the riverside so away from worst of traffic *Free parking for motorcycles maybe 20 meters away across from hotel *Air conditioned rooms (I had had 3 days of hotel in rooms without and in August, so especially appreciated this) *Staff are friendly and helpful * A dedicated loading and unloading zone in front of hotel *A clever wooden foldable bicycle rack in the entryway to hotel seems to welcome bicyclists to park their bike there (4 spaces total; sorry didn't take a pic)
