You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainBed was terrible. Difficult to find location based on instructions. Difficult to check in after hours, too much paperwork, too many things to pay separately after booking.
Charged for wifi, for dog, after booking, Endesa Playing More than if I had chosen a better one.

IrelandNo Kettle was provided but yet it had a taoster, no hair dryer, no bath mat provided for the floor outside the shower, the mattresses are a little dirty and the heating had no timing system. This is the first time I have gone skiing in 18 years and had to arrive back into a cold apartment because each radiator was plug in electric and there were signs not to leave them plugged in when not there. There should be some sort of timing system that automatically provides heat around the time people leave the mountain and again at night after returning from an evening out. The shutters to block out the light did not work in one of the bedrooms or the main dining area which also contained a sofa bed. Thankfully we had no need to use the sofa bed as we only had 4 people in my family staying. For an apartment of its type it would be the most I have paid for 7 nights.

United KingdomApartment hadnt been checked for cleanliness Dirty pans on arrival Only one plate. Sheets had a stain on them. No plug in sink or bathroom sink Bed was uncomfortable. Blind in lounge stopped working half way through the week Biggest bug bear was picking up the key. Booking.com advised the wrong address. Wasted time trying to find the correct office. Not what you need after traveling all day.
Apartment was warm with hot water and a bath Area was quiet and close to shops. Within walking distance to the slopes.

United StatesThe staff was nice but we asked for cribs for our babies and they said they would call us in a bit to let us know if they had any, Im still waiting. The blankets haven’t seen the inside of a washer in a while. For a place thats located in a snowy place they should have a shoe tray at the very least. I had to go around with a mop every time someone went out. The place also smelled like an ash tray. The also said it had a coffee maker and it was nowhere to be found
