We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ArgentinaNothing regarding the hotel itself. There's not much around the hotel, so if you arrive late after the restaurant has closed and still want to have dinner you're out of luck.
Staff was very helpful. The facilities were in perfect conditions, everything worked and looked as advertised. It was comfortable to stay with pets, you're provided with a bed and plates for your dog in the room. Pets aren't allowed inside the restaurant, but there's a terrace outside with great views so you can still have dinner or breakfast without problems. The breakfast at the restaurant had a wide variety of food, with most of it tasting great.

United KingdomThe only negatives are, as previous reviews have mentioned is no soundproofing. Also, the breakfast starts at 8am which is too late in a ski hotel. Ideally needs to open at 0730.
Rooms were spacious, warm, very clean and comfortable. Great shower. Evening meals in the restaurant were waiter service. Enjoyed the fish options every night as the meat option tended to be only pork or veal. The hotel is excellent value for money.
