“We were really looking forward to our stay at this hotel but sadly were disappointed.
The welcome was good, we were told about the restaurant which wasn't open, none of us recall being told you had to order breakfast before 18:30. It was Monday so the bar & restaurant were shut. Had these issues been made obvious on the Booking.com website then we would not have booked this hotel.
On a positive note the rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately I cannot offer any more praise for this hotel.”
“Location for rest and hiking is wonderful. It is nestled in a river valley high in the mountains, easily accessible on good roads. We were self-catering and kitchen was fully equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check in and out easy and quick. Parking available. Ramps and elevators a plus for those who need them. Easy access by car to Andorra La Vella, Andorra's capital city.”
