The staff were always smiling and eager to answer questions and help. The pool area is great for relaxing and a dip after a long day of sight seeing!

Incredibly helpful staff, easily accessible location, very comfortable rooms equipped with everything you need. If you need to rest properly after your trip, this place is for you. We extended our stay here one more night because it really helped us to recover our energy for the next step of our journey. And food was delicious, to the point that I had to ask recipes of some since I will "try" to replicate the taste at home. You can rent bikes, and there is laundry service for a good price. Lady at the lobby (who also cooks fantastic) is very kind and she helped us with all the questions we had, including arranging tuktuk and bus.

The trip offered to Slow boat to Luang Prabang was flawless. Thank you A very good and big supermarket in a walking distance (for me)

The living conditions are extraordinary, super quiet and clean. The hotel just like a botanical garden. The staff is also super nice! Btw, there is a Michelin restaurant nearby which is awesome!

You can borrow bicyckles free of charge. Breakfast is exceptionally good, there is a great variety of dishes. If you would like to stay in old city I can highly recommend the place!
