Free WiFi access is provided in all areas. Everything was awesome: room with perfect view on Julien Alps and river. Huge balcony where you can have a sunbath while reading or simply contemplating the breathtaking mountains. Room was cleaned every day. Plenty of food options at breakfast and dinner. The food had good quality standards. Good quality bikes for rental. Would be nice to also have bikes for kids. The SPA area was great as well: clean, warm water, not crowded.

Location, cleanliness, staff, view..
The location is in the very center and close to the ski resort, which is a big advantage. Also shop, skating rink, skate rental, restaurants, cash masine.. are so close that you can do everything without a car. We met a very friendly host, Jana, who was available for any questions or advice.

Great location. Next to the city center with a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants. Five minutes to the ski slope. Ski rent/school nearby with a discount for the hotel guests. Ski pass can be bought on the reception of Ramada Resort without waiting in the line. Lockers for ski equipment are provided for free. Parking in front of hotel for free or underground garage for additional fee. Room is comfortable and clean. The staff was very welcoming.
The host was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is exceptionally beautiful and excellently equipped, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location is fantastic, with everything conveniently close by. We particularly loved the proximity to numerous ski resorts, all within an hour's drive. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Resort is great. Staff is very proffesional and polite. Meals are really good.
Clean, spatious rooms, in the center of the resort. Children enjoyed the swiming pool. Being the off season, we were the only guests (in the building and the pool) and it was wonderful. Dinner at the Ramada was great. Staff very welcoming.
