All cottages at Daftö have a living room with a seating area and cable TV. Each has a furnished terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. We were not sure what to expect, but the resort surprised us to our delight in every respect. The staff was extremely helpful. As Americans spending our first night in Sweden we were having trouble contacting relatives in Norway. The staff was able to provide the needed help. This looks like a great place for families.

Hafsten Resort’s à la carte restaurant serves a mix of Scandinavian specialities and international dishes. In summer, the garden terrace is a nice place for afternoon coffee or dinner. this is a camping resort. so, they are busy during vacation times i guess. when we went not so busy. we were only there one night as we were passing by. It reminded me of wolly world from chase vacation movies. the people there are very friendly.

Location of the hotel is great right by the water, lots of parking and amazing spa!!! Staff was welcoming and helpful and breakfast offers a choice for everyone. I book smaller room as I'm solo traveller but still was good size and spacious, will stay again.

Bicycle and boat rental is available at Tanumstrand SPA & Resort Stugor, as well as mini golf and a tennis court. Outdoor and indoor pools with slides, along with a sauna and hot tub are also on site. A variety of lawn games can be borrowed.
