In addition to offering various cabin options, the cruise provides a spa and a children's club with entertainment and activities. Amazing cruise liner with restaurants, pub, kids zone, table tennis - we enjoyed everything during our stay ! And children as well)
Södermalm, Stockholm
Departing from the Stadsgården terminal in Stockholm, this Viking Line ferry sets sail for Helsinki. There are multiple cabin options available, each featuring a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a desk or seating area. Our cabin was lovely. It was basic but very clean and comfortable. The bedding was super fresh and the beds themselves were actually really comfortable, we both slept really well. The ensuite was small but perfect, plenty of hot water, and the shower was great. We each bought a €2 cup of tea from the Bottega Prosecco Bar, and after that any extra cups were just €0.50 each :) The cabin was really cosy and excellent value for money.

Departing from the Stadsgården Terminal in Stockholm, this this Viking Line ferry sails to Helsinki. There are several options of cabins, each with a private en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and toilet, as well as a desk or seating area. Our room was clean and nice. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, each of us had 2 towels, soap. On a boat you can find pretty expensive food in cafe, even more expensive food in a restaurant. We tried our luck in a casino, saw people dancing. It was a nice atmosphere.
This was a luxury hotel for me at the end of the trip and I was so glad I did this. It’s a little way out of the city compared to some locations but it is right next to the start of parkrun which is what I needed. The bath was a nice luxury after a week of travelling. The breakfast was great, weird tea bags but the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had.
Luxury standards are clearly what the hotel aims for and largely achieves. There's a little of the 'standard hotel' feel in the corridors sometimes but the artwork shows an attempt to beat that. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was huge with fantastic view towards the sea. Breakfast was generous and diverse, dinner options good.
The room was beautifully designed and very comfy. I had a little reading nook by my window and considering I booked one of the cheaper options available it did not feel like a budget room at all. It really felt like a lot of care was put into everything. Activities were always available, almost like a hostel atmosphere but with ten times the luxury. Honestly, it felt like the hotel itself could be a tourist attraction! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is a two minute walk away from T-centralen so super handy!
It is a basic hotel, no luxury, but it was good value and they offer long teem parking and a shuttle. The restaurant is the best surprise, the server was a bit grumpy but the food surprisingly good, both dinner and breakfast.
Located in a big park with beautiful views, I think I would be nice in summer time too. We can easily walk 30 mins to the city near the concert hall, breakfast was good, the front desk ladies were so lovely and helpful. It’s an old hotel, room is compact but with the penthouse it comes to the comfortable side, especially the bed. I like the bathroom too, kind of luxury touch to the room. I love this place.
The appartement is big, has 3 sleeping rooms, one big living room and big kitchen with dining area. We liked the situation of the appartement, it is only 5 minutes from the metro, then 17 stops till Gamla Stan (about 30 minutes). There is also a small ski resort 15 minutes drive or 30 minutes by foot from the appartement. There is a parking place by the house.
A very friendly place where you easily feel at home. Very good bed and very good breakfast. Everything is functional, comfortable and welcoming even if it is not a luxury place.
The luxury feeling in the room. All the staff. Comfy beds.
Attention to detail and feeling of luxury
room was ok, not luxury but with bed was all I needed. Shower was ok too, and location good for my meetings.
