Situated in the town of Slite on Gotland Island, Slite Strand resort offers brightly decorated cottages with a fully equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi access.
In summer, guests can enjoy a swim at the heated outdoor swimming pool areas and meals at the summer restaurant. Other on-site leisure facilities include mini golf.
We really liked a quiet location. The camping site had a pretty nice swimming pool.
Our cottage was equipped with all necessary items.
Stånga
Gumbalde resort is located in the middle of Stånga community, 47 km south of Visby. This 17th-century horse farm offers a beautiful and tranquil setting for both hotel guests and golfers. The facility has a nice 18-holed park golf course, paddle courts and hotels. The hotel has both free WiFi and free parking. Beautiful open spaces, nice staff, comfortable room. If you would like to have rest far from the city, it’s your best choice!
Fårö
Sudersand Resort is one of Gotland's largest holiday facilities with both cabins and camping. We are located on the northern part, on our own small island called Fårö.
At Sudersand Resort, you can choose to stay in hotels, hostels or cottages. The rooms have private or shared bathrooms. Some cottages also have a patio, TV, washing machine and kitchen.
It is a beach resort with pool and offers a beach club with lovely sunset. The junior suite is big/spacious and has a big terrace overlooking the pool area and the sea. This season the pool food was very good!
Really good and clean cabins. Lovely resort! Perfect for adults or family with teenage children
This was excellent value in a fantastic location - very close to Ostercentrum and an easy walk to all the attractions in the Old Town. It was great to have a small but functional kitchenette to self cater (FYI, although the Coop Supermarket is a bit further away in Ostercentrum, there are no stairs!). Some of the more critical comments I read in other reviews are valid to an extent - this isn't luxury living - but for the price paid in such a great location, it certainly evens out. I had no issues at all with noise.
Excellent place! We chose to live in a tent and it was out of our expectations. The room is big and well equipped. We have 2 sofas and 1 refrigerator. The view is super nice in the resort and you can rent kajak with reasonable price. The place is also near the bus station so the transportation is also nice. The breakfast is amazing as well. Highly recommend.
The Swimming Pool is amazing and clean and best i have been to , kids loved it and the resort had possiblity to serve food just next to it :)
It was a beautiful resort with an amazing public beach. It’s close to everything (airport and old city) still feels like it’s out of nowhere. Our cute stuga was basic but has everything we need. We had an amazing long weekend here. <3
Great accomodation, close to a lovely beach. The cottage had a lot of amenities which made our stay very comfortable. This was our second stay at this resort and we liked it this time as well.
The staff, absolutely wonderful. It felt like staying in their home, being friends of the family. Truly very charming. Not fake, plastic or show of luxury, but real luxury, service, helpfulness and good taste and quality
