The Funny Lion - Coron boasts of an outdoor swimming pool, an open air bath featuring natural views, and dining options on-site, this 4-star resort is 1.5 km from Mount Tapyas and 6.5 km from Kayangan... Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They offered us complimentary snacks at the pool and rotated complimentary drinks every night, which were absolutely delicious. The property was beautiful, we loved how there two different pools - one of which was more private and the other more kid-friendly. They even went ahead to organize a birthday surprise for my partner. We would love to stay at the funny lion again!

Quite the best attention and service I have found in the Philipinnes (and in general it was quite good). We had an issue with an airline ticket and a motorcycle accident and they helped beyond the call of duty to resolve this issues. They were also kind, attentive and interesting in general.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced! There were so many personal touches and I won't state them here and keep it as surprise to you reading this! The manager was super caring and wants to make sure that each and everyday of your stay is perfect. The pool and the lounge bar are just so fun to hangout at and you can even have your private tour pick you up from their own dock! The best cuba libre was made by the sweetest and bartender lady. Unfortunetly, I cannot remember her name but if you like rum you will love their cocktails here and hopefully you will get to meet her!

Food was excellent. Scuba staff was extremely knowledgeable. Wife did discover scuba, I took the refresh course. Jason was our instructor. Next time we come back we will be asking for him.

Offering views of the mountain, Vela Terraces Hotel is situated in Coron City, 6 km from Kayangan Lake. The property has a sun terrace and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. Lovely and welcoming staff. The welcome drink was a very nice gesture. Room was very clean and spacious. Would definitely come back here. It is also walking distance from the best massage place in Coron (in front of the Mcdonalds).

Offering free WiFi and in close proximity to some of Coron's most fabulous diving spots, Sangat Island Dive Resort offers fan-cooled accommodation, an on-site restaurant and free return airport... The staff, food and location was excellent and I'd love to come back again and again. The diving is superb and the dive staff and manager are top notch, the best experience I have had in a long time!
