The property is within close proximity of Sohar Port, Sohar Fort and only 15 km from Sohar International Airport. Breakfast was very good, hotel is nice and front desk team are warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean and large, with nice views of the sea. very nice place to stop, if you are driving from Dubai to Oman. Good car park, if you have a large car. Thank you to all the team

There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Budget friendly resort, with good water slides for children. I paid 15 rials for a night, without breakfast, and was a decent stay. Staff were extremely friendly and, overall, a comfortable and decent stay.

The air-conditioned guest rooms feature flat-screen TVs and modern, bathrooms. We enjoyed every moment of our stay in Barcelo Resort. The staff was so kind to give us an upgraded room with an amazing view. The room, the balcony were just great. Then also they let us for a late check-out. We had great time at the pool area and the beach. Everything is so clean, tidy and relaxing. There was no one in the Spa, so all Jacuzzi only for us. The food is so delicious as well. Over all this hotel was the best place we stayed in Oman. Highly recommended for couples, families with kids. There are also lots of activities to do as kayaking, zip line, jet ski etc. What to ask more?

The Uru Spa offers many treatments and therapies. For children there is an outdoor playground plus an indoor play room. Absolutely beautiful location. Nice breakfast. Very humble staff members.

Location was just ok, no need of SUV, sedan car also can go to direct resort. There is nothing special location near by the resort. But inside the resort there are lots of activities. We really had fun. The entire area is pretty clean. Its a 3 BHK single floor villa. It has a private pool, private football court, table tennis, snooker, barbeque area etc. Good for hanging out with family or friends upto 15 people. Highly recommended.
